[Resolved]  Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation [MSRTC] — Payment done but no ticket generated

I have booked an MSRTC ticket from the official MSRTC website.

Bus booking details are as follows:
Bus: Shivashahi, Swargate, Pune to Alibag
Time of Departure: 18:30
Date of Journey : 21/10/2022
Date of Booking: 05/10/2022
Boarding from: New Shivaji Nagar, Pune
Alighting to: Pen
Seat number :16

I have completed payment using Paytm:

After payment the website directly got redirected to the home page instead of showing ticket details. I have not received a ticket on my mobile number as well as email id. Please send my ticket details as soon as possible. Or refund it to me immediately please.
