    I have booked an MSRTC ticket from the official MSRTC website.

    Bus booking details are as follows:
    Bus:Beed to Shivajinagar, Pune
    Date of Journey : 25/09/2022
    Boarding from: Shirur kasar
    Alighting to: Shivajinagar Pune
    Seat number :13

    I have completed payment using Paytm option:(Google Pay)attached is screenshot for your reference.

    After payment the website directly got redirected to the home page instead of showing ticket details. I have not received a ticket on my mobile number as well as email id. Please send my refund it to me immediately please.

      Online booking seating arrangement of Shivshahi

      Address: Mulund East Mumbai

      I had booked a ticket for my realtive from Mumbai (Mulund ) to Alibag of Shivshahi bus using MSRTC online booking portal. The seating arrangement was showing seat No. as 43 ( The seat just behind drivers cabin) since the realtive is senior citizen. However after actual boarding the bus we came to know that the seat was far behind and not as what shown in seating arrangement / selection chart. I really fail to understand whether any department...

        (MH 14 BT-4958) I asked the conductor standing near a blue colour semi luxury bus at station on what time will the bus reach Vashi. She mis guided me saying it's a non stop bus. However the bus towards Mumbai took a left from dehuroad to wakad for refueling and took a stop at food plaza which as caused me a lose at work as i reached 2hours and 37mins late.

          I cancelled my ticket on 6th August however after calling toll free no they stated that they already proceed for refund then even after month I have not received any refund kindly look into this and find cancellation voucher for your reference

              I had booked one bus ticket of Shivneri Bus for 2/09/2022 from Gundawali, Andheri to Vanaj, Pune for 6.00 pm bus from Boriwali. Expected time at Gundawali was 6.30 pm but I had waited till 8.00 pm bus Bus didnt came also there was no communication from your side. Also I called up customer care number [protected](mention on website) but it was saying that its invalid number. Hence at 8.00 pm took another bus. Now nobody responding properly for refund of my Bus fare as there was no mistake from me side.
              Hence requesting you to kindly inform your team to process the refund.

                My name is Navanath madhukar Nikam and i have staying in kamothe panvel navi mumbai. i was booked msrtc bus seat at 22 aug 2022 with 697 rupees for 30/08/2022. Boarding time was 9:42pm so i was waiting with other two persons booked this bus from 9:00pm at the boarding point to midnight 4am. but bus not came or even they was not called me or other passengers. we are frustrated and went from milk tacker. i was called so many times to mumbai Central bus depo but they dont respose me or said we don't know about that bus .i am from very poor family and sir want my money return as soon as possible.otherwise i will go to media and political social worker in thane . please take note . kindly take action on bus driver and conductor.my ticket is attached below please check.

                        I was travelling to from pune to sangli on Monday 29 august 2022 .
                        Bus number MH20BL1361..It is Rajguru to sangli..
                        Bis drive took break near satara.what is correct break time ?..He took32 mins..First told everyone that bus will stop for 15 min..But he took 32 mins..When asked rudly told us that hotel didnt take order..Due to him we are late..
                        Please give warning to this both driver and conducter after investigation..

                            I & my colleague travel everyday Aurangabad naka to Niphad in morning time 7.00AM to 7.40AM we all stand at aurangabad naka and waiting for red buses but not a single red bus come in this time period & We all have service bus pass. In this time period there is no red buses frequency. But in that time MSRTC provide hirkani & shivshahi buses which is not applicable for service pass. So we all request to MSRTC provide red buses also in that time period (7:00am to 7:40am aurangabad naka)
                            I have invested with some scam brokers in the past, and the story is as horrific as the ones i have read because i went through the ordeal myself. I lost almost $55k to this unfortunate brokers, a friend referred me to Mr Evans Rashad that got me 80% of my money back, plus my accrued bonuses. Please stay clear of these scammers and if you have lost money you can still get your money back if you really want to, you can reach out to Evans Rashad at: {EVANSRASHAD836 (@) GMAIL. COM}. He will definitely help you in getting back your lost funds to any broker…. As mine was recovered too.

                                I booked ticket for pune from Navapur on 22nd August 2022. The boarding point was from visarwadi at 6:40 pm and I reached the bustop at 6:25 pm and waited for about 2 hours but the bus didn't arrive. When I called at the Navapur depot they said the bus left on time but then where did it go as it didn't arrive at Visarwadi.
                                I just want refund of the money as I believe I was at no fault.
                                Please help me with the same.

                                  Dear Sir/Madam,
                                  I booked 3 online ticket Seat number 9, 13, 14 on 16th of April 2022 for Pune Balewadi to Mumbai Dadar in 5:30 am AC Shivneri (Which start from Swargate).
                                  We were at balewadi stop by 5:40 am as bus time was given of 5:43 am for Balewadi stop
                                  We waited till 7am and the bus did not came.
                                  we called on toll free number several time during this time only once some one attended the phone and he just said that wait there the bus will come.
                                  We confirmed to the person that we are waiting at Radha chowk of Balewadi and he said "Haan bus aayegee wait karo" but till 7am bus did not came and at last we booked a cab and travel to mumbai.

                                  Later on 20th April I reached Swargate bus stop to make a complaint of same and there I met "Mulani Madam" and she confirmed that bus has started late that day at 7:30 am due to strike and that is why it could not reach on time there.
                                  Please note that there was no pre-intimation given to me of this unexpected delay.

                                  Madam Mulani has taken a application of refund with a copy of online booked ticket from me and asured me that it will be refunded back in full (i.e. 1605/-) and adviced me that incase it has not reflect in your account back please talk on same toll free number [protected] for followup.

                                  I called several time on this number but most of tme find busy and if ringed no one responded.
                                  Can you please look into this matter and help me to get my refund.

                                    Amravati- Khandwa Bus is not reaching to destination from last 15 days . Bus is belong to Amravati depot.

                                    According to my observation Driver and conductor contrarily doing this to te passenger.

                                    I'm working at Khandwa location and daily i used to check Maharashtra state transport bus Amravati-Khandwa for going to Amravati. Butt bus is not reaching to Khandwa fron last 15 days.

                                    Kindly need serious attention on this issue .

                                      I am Rajendra Vinatak Dudhane booked a ticket through MSRTC online website on[protected] from Mahad to Kalyan of bus service no 760364. Booking timing was 2.22 PM. But ticket is not booked and amount of Rs. 523.90 debited from HDFC bank account.
                                      Also, i am not able to view ticket under MYTICKETS-Ticket Details tab.

                                      Request you to refund the same ASAP.
