Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation [MSRTC] — Payment failed money deducted but not refund

I am trying to reach MSRTC customer care.i experienced very worst service from msrtc..
I have made online payment Rs 700/- via Gpay to book 2 tickets from swargate to boriwali on 13.05.2022 ..time 4.06 pm
Amount was debited from my bank and transfeed to msrtc's bank account..but i didn't received any tickets, ..i tried to call customer care but no any response..i sent a mail regarding this transaction but even after 24 hours there is no any response via mail or customer care..
So MSRTC resolve this problem as soon as possible and refund my 700/- Rs as soon as possible..i am attaching whole proofs with this conversation.

Sorry to disturb you, have you received refund amount from msrtc??
Today I have tried four time for booking with amount of 275 rs but every time it redirected me to home page and ticket not booked.

Yesterday I was booking shivshahi from kalyan to tarakpur, at the payment gateway (upi - gpay), payment was done successfully of amount rs. 490, but it didn't redirect to app again. I haven't received any sms or email about my booking is failed or success, and now when i checked the bus seat is available again although my amout is debited. Atleast if booking fails send some kind of notification it makes us easy to know the status. I want my refund as the ticket booking shows failed, so I'm unable to request cancellation or refund. Kindly give me my refund asap.

Booked ticket from Gpay for Bhosari to Nasik today i.e. 20/4/2024.
Ticket status reflect status as failed whereas Gpay and Icici bank confirm the payment as successful. No ticket generated at MSRTC application and as the status is failed which doesn't allow to cancel or request refund process.
This is serious issue as I'd to buy ticket separately again and have no option to contact MSRTC officials online.
Request a help for getting the refund.
