Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation [MSRTC] — Ticket not booked but money deducted through my Phonepe UPI id

Dear msrtc team,
I am Devendra Gosavi writing to you asking the refund of an amount deducted while doing transaction on msrtc website on 28.04.2023. I made 2nd transaction throught the Phonepe UPI id [protected]@ybl Total amount deducted was Rs.625 I was doing the booking from Nashik Fata, Pune to Nandurbar of Night express bus. Departure timing from shivajinagar is 18:30pm. Seat number tried to book was 18. After doing the transaction message appeared on screen was Error Time of booking was around 12.36 am.
