Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation [Msrtc] — travelling in ordinary bus but issued shiavneri bus ticket

My self veeresh, on 24/10/2019 i am travelling from pune (Bremen chowk) to thane. I board ordinay bus at bremen chowk bus no - mh 14 bt 1020. When i board conductor issued a shiveneri bus ticket cost of 440/- rs. As bus is ordinary. The cost of ticket is 270/- rs. I got confused and that time bus left. Then i asked the driver why he issued a shivaneri ticket to me. He also dont know why like this. I asked summary chart and saw, conductor has entered as 270 rs ticket in that. He is cheated both passenger and msrtc. Pls take action on him and refund my extra amont paid.
