Hell, good evening sir,
I have reserved a sit in a shivshahi bus after 2days i have cancelled a ticket on date 25-09-19 but the refund has not saving on bank account. Then so what's is procedure for this given a refund to save on account. Then i have request to u sir pls tell about this comment. I have search on msrtc site but i can't understand what is the procedure.
AC Shivneri bus time is 5:31 am from Vashi to Chinchwad has not arrived before 6:30 am.

It was discovered from on duty conductor at Vashi, that this bus departs from Dadar at 6:00 am.

I am disappointed.
We took whatever option that was available. They gave us Idli sambar and Pohe.
Pohe was hard to chew and Idli was like button Idli and in expiry condition.
Msrtc should review their option and should haltt at location which are able to deliver good food to customers.
Dear sir,
My cancellation voucher no is 39574161 and ticket no is 39152148.No amount is credited to my account yet. I mail three times to msrtc but no reply from MSRTC. worst online cancellation service from MSRTC.

    I booked my tickets online. It was from panchgai to pune. The bus came 3 hours late and on top of that the conductor gave away my seats to someone else. On asking he said if we want to travel just go back and sit or can come in some other bus. It was clear he gave away seats to someone else. I am still travelling sitting in the last seat. My ticket number is 39863330

      About the bus no mh07 c - 7369
      Date 29/10/2019, bus source from nagpur start approx. Time 12:30.
      The display board on bus is nagpur to lakhandur but ticket conductor refuse to give ticket for lakhandur.
      He said bus will go up to pawani only.

      Please check at nagpur bus depot, the route of this bus as mentioned the bus no.
      And take immediate action on it.

        On dtd. 27.10.2019 @9:30pm, i travelled from aurangabad to latur by bus no. Mh13 cu6546. While i was alseep somone took my bag and left his dirty bag. When i reached latur im told somone droped at ambajogayi bus stand took my bag. Since 3:40am im still at bus stand. Asked at latur station they told they cant help. Got contact number of ambajogayi bus stand. Tried calling at least 15 times in a span of 5 hrs but they are not recieving call. Called aurangabad multiple times they are picking up my call. Call central helpline number they told they cant do anything. No one is responding. I have submitted his bag at gandhi cahawk police station. Police also tried calling ambajogayi bus stand but they didnt pick up call. Please help.

          I am pratik thorat from mumbai i booked shivshahi bus on dated 28/10/19 from ghatkopar to manchar but msrtc send another normal non ac bus instead of shivshahi which was not clean. Shivshahi bus ticket is higher than other bus. After talking to bus conductor i came to know that bus was send to nashik for passing. And msrtc booking authority not stop online booking of shivshahi

            Hi All,
            This is to bring you notice and filing Complain against Maharastra Travels for fraud and providing buses which are not in Running state.
            This is to inform you that I started my travelling from Pune to Nagpur in AC bus which is also in not running state. Booking PNR[protected] Bus Info - Bus No:MP3090264, The bus stop working after 78 km and we are still waiting in the middle of the road. We feel really insecure and also there is no resolution given by travels.
            Can you please file a case against bus travels for not checking and maintaining there bus services.

                travelling in ordinary bus but issued shiavneri bus ticket

                My self veeresh, on 24/10/2019 i am travelling from pune (Bremen chowk) to thane. I board ordinay bus at bremen chowk bus no - mh 14 bt 1020. When i board conductor issued a shiveneri bus ticket cost of 440/- rs. As bus is ordinary. The cost of ticket is 270/- rs. I got confused and that time bus left. Then i asked the driver why he issued a shivaneri ticket to me. He also dont know why like this. I asked summary chart and saw, conductor...

                Worst service in time schedule, no respect to passenger time, can not provide current location/status of bus, even customer care and depo department not providing update of departure bus, not respect to customer when asking the bus details..,

                If you can not provide the small n simple service then close your shutter n sit down at home,. Very bullset service

                  I booked the ticket of shivshahi for 19 oct 2019 from nagar to khamgaon. The bus timing was at 8:05 pm. We waited there on pune stand at nagar for upto 4 hrs. We were asking them in every half an hour that bus is coming or not but they replied that it is coming. So at last after asking that they told us that bus is failed and we sent an asiad bus to carry all the passengers. They didn't even announce that thing. Then we told now what we do? So they told we will stop the bus at tarakpur bus stand in ahmednagar. But the bus didn't stop at tarakpur also. The behavior of bus controller over there was too rude. They were too rude to talk. Here in this incidence what is our mistake? Why should we suffer because of your faulty maintenance. I[censored] are not able to take care of that shivshahi buses then plzz don't run it. Plzz do something on this. Plzz take a strict action on this. If you don't take action then we will take other action.

                    Pune passenger are not allowed...in vasai to kolhapur shivneri bus... Those passenger are already seat in the bus.. Bus no. Mh06. Bw. 0806 at the time 12.00pm. Bus conductor told directly, only kolhapur and satara passenger are allowed.. I said to conductor, this is government bus... Anyone can travel anywhere... But conductor and driver doesn't listen. This is not fear..

                        I have booked a e-ticket (2 nos) online for travelling from khed (Bharana naka) to mumbai - for shivshahi bus and bus timing was 8:40am at khed (Bharana naka) but still bus has not arrived (1:20 pm) @ dated 21/10/2019, and bus is cancelled,
                        This issue is 3rd time i'm facing. I want my money back

                          I was traveling from shivshahi on 18 oct. I had boarded the bus at 5 pm from shivajinagar bus stand pune - mh04 jk 3154. Also the bus camera was not working. The bus took a stop at galaxy restaurant. After the bus moved from nagar first bus stand, i looked for black dell laptop bag which was kept on carrier but didn't find. 5 passengers had left the bus before i couldn't find the bag. The bag has red dell laptop and clothes and charger. If anyone find it, please contact [protected] asap.

                              As i waiting on saswad bust stop since last half an hour bus condactor and driver not came to bus.. What time they gives during exchange of driver and conductor i think 10 min is sufficient for that.. They gives 45 min for exchange.. Still im setting in mumbai to pandharpur bus. Time is 4.54 am. Bus start but i was west my 45 minuit on saswad stand.. Careless conductor and driver always late come to bus stand when the exchange occured..

                                I was travelling to pune from lonere fata and boarded mahadev to swargate semi luxury bus. I was having a confirm ticket of the seat next to driver but the no. Print on the the bus were different than the online portal still I consulted with the controller and then sat on the seat next to driver but the driver started talking rudely and in response I said that i had already consulted withe controller about the seat, still he continued arguing saying that the no. Of seat you are having doesn't exist only in this bus to that i said I don't know about your system and I sat according to the seat i booked while selecting the seat from the online portal to that he started to argue later he said we are taking you is a favor on you ( in marathi he said amhi upkaran kartoy tumcha var tumhala gheun jaun) .
                                I strongly oppose such kind of before and later he said I wont drive unless you go and sit behind.
                                I want strong action should be taking in this case as the passenger is travelling for free, he is paying for every service he is offered so no government officer has a right to talk with any common passenger to talk like this.

                                  I had booked ticket on 14/10/19 for journey from pune to panvel on 18/10/19. Due to some misunderstanding i had to cancel the ticket. I had cancelled the ticket just after the minutes i have booked it. The payment of 200 was done through my bank account and i had not yet got the refund of that money. After cancellation i even not got the message that i would get the refund back. Please look into this matter and refund the money as soon as possible.

                                    My wife mrs. Charulata jagtap was traveling in msrtc bus thane - dhule on 18/6/19. The bus met with accident & my wife was seriously enjured. After taking treatment in private hospital i submitted accident claim bill to div nasik. They forwarded it to div thane. I also cleared all querrey raised by thane div. But till today i have not received claim bill for rs. 1906/-

                                      There are many customers waiting for senior citizens for new card making above 60 years... There is no internet at deta entry staff and also not alternative option for internet other company net available... So peoples troubling and waiting. They are came again and again.. That's paining for senior citizens so give the attention about there facility
                                      There was a delay of 3 hrs for the bus which was to come from Aurangabad and reach to kolapur .name shivshahi .and was. Supposed to be at beed at 9:30 and has been at least 3 hrs delay.
