Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation [MSRTC] — wants to change boarding point but no help and phone number.

I have booked my journey through shivsahi sleeper from mumbai central to parli bus time 19.30 pm by red bus. My pnr / ticket no. Is 35170391 and bus service no. 517326 dated 11/11/18 at red bus it shows boarding point till maitri park only. But at msrtc web site it shows boarding point from mumbai central to panvel. I am staying at kharghar. So, i wants to board from three star hotel, highway at kharghar navi mumbai. I called so many times at customer care but they said we cant help you. Why i dont know. A master told me you give your details to control room and they will share your details with concern conductor with same bus. I also update my new number which is [protected].
So, please help me and call for more detail, if you want.
