Namaskar!
I was booking for shivajinagar to sakri ordinary bus for 8th of november 2018 which leaves from shivajinagar at 21.00hrs.

While booking the seat nos. 21 & 22 i was redirected to the payment site through billdesk. Then i selected for upi payment option. The payment was debitted from my account for rs. 912.27. But when i awaited for the ticket to be shown on screen there was some error and the ticket was not been booked.

Also no intimation from billdesk as well as from msrtc is received. But my money is debitted.

I request you to please book the tickets against the payment received or do refund my money back to my account immediately.

    I m complaining about the extreme shortage of buses from jalgaon to aurangabad via pahur...
    Passagers are suffering a lot due to this
    There are more than 4 to 5 buses standing on the platform which are going to dhule while there is no bus for pune and aurangabad for almost 1 hr. Most of the buses goes empty for dhule which accounts great loss to govt.
    I really request for proper attention into the matter and hope for the better organistion.

      I have booked my journey through shivsahi sleeper from mumbai central to parli bus time 19.30 pm by red bus. My pnr / ticket no. Is 35170391 and bus service no. 517326 dated 11/11/18 at red bus it shows boarding point till maitri park only. But at msrtc web site it shows boarding point from mumbai central to panvel. I am staying at kharghar. So, i wants to board from three star hotel, highway at kharghar navi mumbai. I called so many times...

      I had booked the e-ticket for the following bus as mentioned above. The time at which the bus was supposed to arrive was 8:10 pm on 5/11/2018 but the bus never arrived at the boarding point. I was waiting there before 8 pm till 1.30 am still there was no sign of your bus. Please let me know if the bus arrived earlier before the boarding time given to me or kindly check the status of that bus and initiate the refund of my money for the same. Please be fast.

      P.s : I don't know why it is marked as resolved but for you information the problem is not solved and I want my refund.
      The Shivshahi bus from MARTY from Nasik to Pune scheduled to leave at 5am has not left yet till 5: 14am. There are 2 other Shivshahi buses waiting, but they are holding this bus and giving people tickets to this bus just to fill this bus. If this bus is running empty, is it the problem of the passengers? Should the bus not leave on time?

        I'm traveling from nashik to jalgaon. I was reserved 4 seats one day before journey. Bus was at 5am they never announce any bus from nashik to raver. No bus come to relevant platform. They said us to seat in another bus. Amrawati bus. There are already seats were full as a ladies we can't say them anything. We are traveling without any seat. How they can allot same seat to 2 person because our names were in list.

            There is frequent problem of late vehicle and puncture issue for jath depot of maharashtra state transport.

            Even in general st announcement done is not proper either sound system is not correct or staff may required training. People are not even bother to speak about issue and if someone speak st staff is rude to answer or they do not have solution.
            I booked 2 tickets online 1 day before of shivshahi from pune to nasik. And now when im at the station i was asked to stand in a queue for seat booking.. they took more 45 mins to depart. Very much inconvenient services of msrtc. No use of online booking. Msrtc must look at this issue. Further improvements are expected. Thank you

              I was waiting for warud/sati bus to go my home town, bus timing was 4.30 bus i waited for 3 hrs after that manager said that your bus has been canceled, what should passengers will do in such situations?
              Such kind of late issue is happening daily and passangers are facing lots of problems with this and branch manager is not operating tha timing of the bus because of that passangers facing problems.
              I have booked a ticket on 30 October 2018.But the excess fare have been charged by msrtc during travelling on the spot.if it is possible then give me official gr and I have objection on it
              Traveling from Amravati to Nagpur in shivshahi, money for full services is being charged but services are not being provided, charging points are provided but are not working and I am being charged for it...

                Shivshahi bus from shivaji nagar to tuljapur (4th nov 2018 sunday) is not arrived and passanger are still waiting from 2 pm and there is no help from any other employees from swagate bus depo, the employees in swargate are not co operating at all and are abusing passangers and even tried to hit, we want our refund back and need a serious customer care or complaint number so passangers are very angry.

                  Respected sir, at bhandara bus stop the bus departure time are a appropriate. On date of 3 nov 2018 all the people who have to go to their villages waiting for bhandara-wadsa bus which had given time 2.30 pm but msrtc bus no. Mh-40. Y.5361 doesn't come on given time. After far waiting for it, all the people decided to go from other buses which are not exactly going to their villages. Suddenly at 3.45 pm after long waiting bus comes at 3.45 pm for that no announcement is there and bus stop for just 3-4 min. After3-4 min bus driver comes and bus suddenly goes i and many other passengers are still in other bus, as the bus is going to departure from bhandara bus stop we realised that bus is going to departure, we suddenly come out of the other bus and we had donerequest to stop, but the bus doesn't stop at all. Sir our humble request to you is sharp punishment should be given to ticket collector and driver of the bus and the commeety also which does not work properly.
                  Today I have done bus reservation through MSRTC Official sit form Bhusawal to Chikhali. After completion of all necessary I got tickets. But at in original in bus conductor unable to give me my reserve site. Therefore I travel as stand.

                    प्रवाशांच्या सेवसाठी तत्पर.. Is your tagline right?? You people are really serious about it. You have got extra buses for diwali festival. But there is no proper management about reservation. Due to this i have missed my bus & i have seen many people who faced the same problem. The biggest issue is safety there is proper check post at the entrance of bus stand? Will you be held liable if something bad happen? Try to improve your internal management & if you can't outsource it as you people have so many funds in your reserve. Hope to have good services from you people next time.

                      I am travelling from nashik to kasara by nashik kasara bus. It was suppose to leave at 6... All passangers were waiting inside bus still driver did noht leave on time. Because pf that everyday we miss local from kasara of 7:22am... We misa this local by just 10 minutes... If instead of wasting time wandering here and there if driver could just be punctual enough that would be grateful... This is observed almost every day... If this is the situation kindly atleast change the time of bus from 6 am to 6:20am... Hopefully this complaint would be considered and needful would be done...

                        I'm complaining about the msrtc reservation system both online and offline. The web portal for the same doesn't load or show any locations and even though having access to internet almost everyone have to undergo offline procedure which is very hectic and dizzy. No proper response to public inquiry and guidance. Overall the system is too worse and needs lot of improvement.

                            On 31.10.2018, ticket number 34877060 rs.795/-
                            On 03.11.2018, ticket number 34876894 rs.875/-
                            On 09.11.2018, ticket number 34876934 rs.875/-
                            And ticket no.34945269 rs.1750/-
                            But your company as of suddenly cancelled concern shivshahi bus. Even i tried to cancel those tickets but you have not provided cancellation option. Surprisingly you have mentioned option that, "cannot cancel". This is disgusting service. Even depo manager told you have booked online we cant do manually. It means you are misappropriated said money without giving proper service and without availing any bus service. Is it joke?

                              I am writting this complain in utter agony and i want you to understand the same, i have tried to book tickets from pune to aurangabad twice since yesterday and i am not able to book ticket.
                              Money gets deducted and no ticket is booked and i wait for my money to refund back to me and thats gets after 8 days.

                                  This is 3 pm bus from Aurangabad-Pune MSRTC AC Shivneri. Charging 775 rs for such a dirty seats. Really not worth. When make complaint staff is pathetic saying if you don't want to travel don't come but we won't clean the bus. This is not expected when you get charged that heavy and in return you get such kind of service. MSRTC should make a note of it and improve the quality as this reflects the fatal attitude and becomes the question of state pride.

                                    My sister booked a shivneri bus from stargate to thane today (31-oct-2018) for 1:30 pm. When she was about to reach bus stop, she got a call from the bus driver at 1:15 pm that the bus will leave early so please come quickly. She reached the bus stop at 1:30 but the bus was gone by then. She called the driver but he said that she can take the next bus with the same ticket. When she checked the same with the people at ticket counter they refused to book allow her on the next bus with same ticket and argued very rudely. After a lot of argument they finally booked the ticket on the next bus without taking any extra money.
                                    This is really not expected from msrtc. Hope this type of incident will not happen in future.

                                    Your condoctor (R. R.yadav ) is giving very silly answer to me actually I want to drop at Baner but condoctor told me that this bus isn't stop on that point. Then he is giving very hilarious answers. He is doing his duty still he is behaving like he is the owner of the bus ..

                                      I am a routine traveler from borivali to patlipada thane and you have ac bus facility from borivali to thane and there are 2 types of ac bus one is with conductor and other is without conductor, and in bot the cases your staff denies to stop the vehicle at patlipada as you do not stop at customers location your services of ac bus are under utilized where as tmt and nnmt even after keeping the fare double than yours, their bus goes full, kindly arrange to provide feedback to your staff and also confirm why the bus cannot stop in between stops even after conductor having duty in that bus
