Maharashtra Traffic Police — Wrongly levied challan MMVR 239/177 MVA

On 5th February 2026, around 20:07 a challan was imposed on me - TNCCC[protected]
I was driving my car and was about to cross cadbury junction, Thane. But the signal turned red and I stopped my vehicle just below the signal post, in the images of the challan, it is visible my parking lights are on and even the traffic from the diagonal lane started resuming, it is not physically possible to drive in this situation. I had raised grievance for the same. But that was declined without any proper explanation.
