Hello sir/madam
This is to inform you that I've completed my graduation in Bsc Animation in 2014 from Arena Animation Ajmer which is affiliated to MAHATMA GANDHI UNIVERSITY. I've applied for provisional certificate of Bsc Animation almost 9 months back but haven't received it yet.
I urgently need it for my visa purpose.
I'm frequently trying to contact university but no one is there to assist telephonically.
And when I'm contacting Arena Animation Ajmer institute they are saying that university is not responding them.
I've deposited Rs 5000 at Arena Animation Ajmer for the same but still struggling for my certificate.
I request u to solve this issue as it is the matter of my education papers.
