Hi, Mahima worldwide devloper director Ashis Das is a cheater. He has taken 10 lacs as advance 10 months ago, and he hasn't started with the construction only. When we asked him to cancel the flat, he gave postdated cheque, we waited for allmost 1 month but now we want to confirm whether he has sufficient amount. But he is not picking the call and he has changed his number. His assisted Santhosh and other employees who are all working with him don't give any information. they behave like thieves... if someone goes to his office to enquire about him all his employees will go inside and lock the door and sit inside. One strange thing is .. Mahima Worldwide Developres office is behind Hebbal Police Station. Some people daily visit his office and fight with him abt Cheque bounce.. Now he has started with some other business like loan processing etc.. So People please beware of Ashis Das, he is one fake person. He doen't speak proper english also, , , he looks like goonda... Even if he escapes today, but he will be caught very soon.. Ashis Das doesn't have strength to earn himself and spend.. he needs other money to enjoy.. Was this information helpful? | |||

Hi, I also agree on this above comment. He has taken 10 lacs as advance from me also in Feb 2013 and he is postponing project work and not even started the construction work till date. Attaching you the photo of him - please beware of him

I am really cursing Asish Das, If he cheats me He will ruin like any thing. As the amount which I paid to him it was my hard work money, I am working 19 hrs in a day to earn and save the money for making one shelter. While giving money itself I told him about my effort and how I have saved that 10 LACS for down payment. I work on my business till night 2 to 3pm. And I have saved each 100 rs also to make down payment.

Even Ashish Das cheated us after collecting 10 lacs from us. We have paid 10 lacs during April, 2013 at that time he assued us that the our position will be handover with basic amenities during Durga Pooja in 2013, but didn't even started foundation. We have booked flat in Ground Floor Flat No.106. He had given all the documents to us Agreement copy and sale deed along with JV of Land owner Subramanya. And while giving cheque he himself told us keep one xerox copy for proof and signed on the copy and gave to show his honesty. And also as we booked flat which is near the stair case he told you can make one more bed room at the corner place for which you can pay only construction charges extra. We were very happy and thought he is a good person. He played a good game.
And begining he was attending my call even if he is busy, he was calling back to me and tells some amount I am expecting and I will Pay. When We got doubt on him we told him that we are going to cancel the flat, at that time he told construction will start soon. We told him ok when you start construction, we will pay you the amount now you refund our money 10 lacs. He said ok and given us 5 lacs and 5 lacs two cheques of dt. 20th Dec, 2013 and 27th Dec, 13. When I called him before that presenting those cheques he told that he has got some payments which he has deposited in Bank and told to present after 2 days, but then onwards he was not picking my calls and when I was presented those cheques was got bounced.!!
Again when I called him after many calls he picked and told He was admitted in hospital in Hyderabad, he was getting operation for some stomach problem and said he will be back to Bangalore on 28th Feb and arrange amount. Since the he is not to be seen and his office was also locked by the premise owner due to lot of liabilities due from Asish Das.
However, he will not escape from our Karnataka Police as well as Law.

I am also one of them who has been cheated by Ashis Das. I have given 7 lakhs and now he is not traceable and also his office is closed due to liabilities.
I wanted to check with you if you are able to trace him or how you are proceeding with recovery of the amount paid as advance.
