I am writing this letter of complaint regarding my car service center. I have been using your service for 3rd time now for the maintenance of my mahindra Thar. however, I am not pleased with your recent services. Few days back I was returned my car from the workshop from 3rd general servicing and my complaints are not solved I have had a door closing issue Engine noise, they have had my car for almost 3 days and still I see the problems New problem from the day it's arrived is oil leakage from the bottom, It's a brand new car, driven only 20k kms and it's totally unacceptable. The management told me all the problems and service has been taken care. I've had the same bad experience 1st and 2nd time Which I didn't complain. I am scared to even give my car for servicing.
