Mahindra And Mahindra — bolero b8 defective vehicle handover by somya vehicles indore (m. p)

I am using Mahindra and Mahindra Vehicles since many years and proud customer o[censored]sing Mahindra Bolero B6 model from past 10 years. I thought to upgrade my B6 model to B8 model and went to Somya Vehicles Indore. In summary 10 Dec 2025 purchased B8 model. Immediately next day got feeling that steering is very hard so went to Somya vehicles Indore (M.P) where they acknowledged that yes this is the problem, but they can't take my vehicle back and asked me to contact M&M head office and also write email. I have written email on Jan 20 but from their side no response. I am trying my best to get justice in this matter.
