My car hr36ak0010 mahindra thar was sent for second free service on 19/05/2023, service advisor appointed was chetan kukreja, i received a call from sa to get the service quotation approved multiple time i told him that i only need basic service to be done no extras even after my multiple request he quoted me 7000 approx i knew basic salary will cost 4000 so i asked for breakup of the quotation which included many optional services which were not part of basic package, the sa advisor just to get his targets or commission wanted to fool me by giving a higher quotation even when multiple times he was informed only basic service is required no extra.

I informed the sa advisor that my reverse camera is not working from last ten days and the camera was installed from koncept mahindra showroom itself the sa advisor said he will get it rectified where as it was not rectified nor the sa bothered to inform me that he is not getting it done when i received my car in evening after a delay of 2.5 hrs at 8-30 pm where as promised delivery time was 6 pm and my evening was planned accordingly but thanks to third class service of koncept mahindra and their sa who does not bother to inform their customer that they can not deliver the car on time, nor they bother to inform the customer that turbo charger is not available and they will send the car same day and not keeping the car to change the turbo charger . I had to call again and again to ask the status of my car .
When i received a call for feedback i complained that the sa advisor did not get the camera rectified nor informed me that he is not getting it done, the feed back team called the sa and the sa had audacity to lie that camera could not be rectified as customer got led lights installed, what kind of stupid sa are employed by koncept mahindra led lights were installed 1 year back camera stopped working on 8th may'23, where as the sa advisor told me at 8-30 pm when i received my car and i called him that why camera was not rectified he told me you can go to showroom from where you bought the camera.
The fm of the car was not working for that he told me that led lights installed is the reason fm not working, i told him during the day lights are off at least fm should work when lights are off but he completely refused to entertain my request and told me your lights wiring is the reason, complete nonsense reply by a unprofessional sa .
I complained that my apple car play and bluetooth does not work at time problem still presist till date the sa advosir did nothing to rectify that problem.
When i received the bill the sa charged me for pick and drop service whereas i was informed at the time of booking pick and drop will be free but even then the sa wanted maximum money he can charge me to increase the bill amount which was his only intention since the time he received my car, after i noticed that he is charging for pick and drop service i confronted him then he told me to paytm me the money after deducting pick and drop charges.
Worst experience till date, i have 3 mahindra cars all bought from koncept mahindra but i will make sure my mahindra car's never visit koncept mahindra for servicing.
