Mahindra And Mahindra — Charging wrong preclosure amount

Sir i took a car loan from mahindra and they committed me no extra on foreclosure amount if you paid 18 emis on time without any dues and i paid 23 emis on time to time without any delay. on 3 july 2025 i went to habibganj branch for foreclouse the loan. now they are telling me you have to pay pre-clousre charges if you foreclouse your loan. in between i paid my 24 emi on 20 july 2025.they said we had already mailed to our national haed about this concered but they are not responding to us.i frequently went there office 10 and more times.now they all are misguiding me. please help.
