[Resolved]  Mahindra And Mahindra — chassis replacement

We have purchased Bolero Camper GOLD VX 2WD BSIV bearing Engine No. TBH4K84791; Chassis No. MA1RY2TBKH3K89337 from SHUHUL Automobiles Pvt Ltd Jammu vide Retail Invoice No. SAPL-2017/18-833 Dtd: 18.11.2017 having registration No. JK 02 BX 2898. After sometimes, it was found that chassis from front has developed a crack & simultaneously we approached the dealer namely SHUHUL Automobiles Pvt Ltd Jammu for the replacement of the chassis. Even after admitting that there is a crack in the chassis of the said vehicle, SHUHUL Automobiles Pvt Ltd Jammu has refused to act on our plea though we have approached them a number of times. As such you are requested to look into the matter & resolve it at the earliest.

We have booked one Auto loan of Mahindra XUV300 W6D on dated 31-05-19, on A auto movers Lko and SM assured to me vehicle max to max 6th of June
But gain and gain I have called to concern person but no one has entertaine to me neither provided exact status,
Hence provide exsact delivery date,
