[Resolved] Mahindra And Mahindra — chassis replacement | |||
We have purchased Bolero Camper GOLD VX 2WD BSIV bearing Engine No. TBH4K84791; Chassis No. MA1RY2TBKH3K89337 from SHUHUL Automobiles Pvt Ltd Jammu vide Retail Invoice No. SAPL-2017/18-833 Dtd: 18.11.2017 having registration No. JK 02 BX 2898. After sometimes, it was found that chassis from front has developed a crack & simultaneously we approached the dealer namely SHUHUL Automobiles Pvt Ltd Jammu for the replacement of the chassis. Even after admitting that there is a crack in the chassis of the said vehicle, SHUHUL Automobiles Pvt Ltd Jammu has refused to act on our plea though we have approached them a number of times.
