Mahindra And Mahindra — Different chassis number on chassis and plate

I have purchased mahindra thar from harbir automobile pvt. ltd., chandigarh, on 29th feb 2016, bearing registration number CH01BG9003, CHASSIS NO- MA1SL4BUNG2A50701 in the name of VIJENDER KUMAR, now the problem is there is a different chassis no on chassis of the vehicle and the informative plate on vehicle, now as it been one year and the insurance company is not getting it insurance as the chassis number is different on chassis and informative plate, HARBIR AUTOMOBILE has got it insured at the time of purchase(feb-2016)(how did they manged to issue insurance policy at the purchasing time), now its been many days i am following the same from harbir motors but they are not giving any solution, how can we expect such professional and big group(mahindra and mahindra) to have such irresponsible behaviour.car is in gurgaon now and if it gets stolen or any incident happens than mahindra and mahindra will bear the cost as insurance is not getting done because of mahindra and mahindra negligence.
