We have booked a new Thar in horizon motors, Kottayam, Kerala on Oct 2 nd .I booked for black 4 seater AT hardtop.Last week they called and ask whether I need grey colour instead of black .if I agree I will get delivery this week and I agreed to it .They ask me to make payement and my loan is approved and ready to disburse.Now I have gone to showroom to pay the margin money.They said I need to buy accessories worth Rs 50000 and insurance from the dealer else they won't give me vechile.i guess its my right to decide what accessories I need to fix on my vechile and insurance also there is a difference of rs 32000 from open market.We are ready to pay vechile amount tax and other charges.This kind of forcing to by cross sell products is not healthy.Please do the needful
