My Vehicle : TUV 300, 2016, T8
Iam regularly facing starting issue for my vehicle during my journey and currently I no longer can rely on this vehicle due to this issue.

Issue:
Vehicle cannot start after some travelling, Vehicle is able to crank with violent vibrations but donor start. As per the recommendations from authorized service advisors I replaced Both battery and starter motor, but the issue still persists. The vehicle is able to start after cooling down period of 2-3hrs depending on the climate conditions.

Parts Replaced: Starter Motor, Battery

      I purchased XUV300 in December 2023 from Shiva mahindra Sahibabad, on February 24 first time I turned on A/c immediately after that speed comes down & doun I call the Showroom people and they take it very lightly after one weak same problem i rush to the workshop on March 2nd. and they sad they fix the problem but same day again problem, my car is in workshop at Shiva mahindra and they unable to fix the problem, and even...

            I had to replace my front glass of Mahindra XUV 300 due to an accident So, on Monday (12.02.24) XUV 300 was given to Mahindra Workshop at Mothrowala. It was known by repeatedly calling that work has been done on Thursday (15.02.24). When I visited the Workshop I noticed dents and scratches on the vehicle so, immediately told the executive about new dents and scratches but he argued that it must be old...after much argument he put some paint on dents and scratches. As I reached home I noticed there are more scratches and dents on my car.

              Xuv300 Engine defect

              Mahindra XUV 300 W8 (O) car I bought last January. Multiple times have submitted complaint of check engine light and vehicle stammering in low gears. All the time in all 3 service Mahindra representative have ignored the same and no action was taken. On 2nd Jan 2024 there was a major defect and vehicle stopped taking self start multiple times, have to visit Harbir Automobiles one of Mahindra outlets in industrial area phase 1 Chandigarh....

              I WOULD LIKE TO BRING THE VERY DISSAPOINTING SERVICE BY THE SRI DURGAR AUTOMOBILES KIRTI NAGAR AS I HAD SEND MY VEHICLE NUMBER DL8CAN 9682 ON 21.01.2024 WHEREIN I HAD ASKED THEM TO GET THE UNDERMENTION SERVICES
              (1) Sound in AC blower
              (2) Error in back camera
              (3) Front belt sound when start in the morning
              (4) And regular services etc etc
              Now when I get back to take the vehicle on 23.01.24 and found the rear camera error still persist I was informed that I had to get replace the whole camera kit to which I resist and do not agree and leave after paying my bill of Rs 31, 000/- (the estimate told to me Is Rs 19, 000+tax) but just after travelling about 1Km only I observe the same sound from the AC blower and call the RM immediately to which I get the same response that you need to replace the motor of the blower, to which I disagree and told that you people are running an authorised centre or the road side garage as they try and on not getting success asked that it is needed to replace and moreover on my asking you reply to change you had not put any of your observation this is very disappointing on their part. Moreover when I replied that firstly I will check the same from some another workshop as I believe that there is no need of replacing the very camera and blower motor immediately RM agreed that yes I had confirmed from the team that there is sensor problem in the camera and once you get you vehicle once again I will rectify the problem with the blower this is the response/working of an authorised service provider as they are least bother about services it clearly shows that they had neither check nor rectify the requested problems but only indulge in creating hefty bills
              Hence I would like to bring into your knowledge that these people are not interested in sorting the problem but indulge in unnecessary increasing the bills and cheat the customers there modes-opendy is to generate higher bills and not resolving the core issues.
              Therefore, it is requested to your good self to investigate this matter as they are bringing bad name to the MAHINDRA AND MAHINDRA

                    Defective piece nobody is taking authority by the dealer and facing issues from the day i purchased approximately 6 months passed feeling like cheated by the Mahindra company by giving the defected piece
                    automatic reverse camera start even going in front with drive mode
                    sceen got hanged again n again many issues are there but noone taken responsiblity

                    contacted many time to the dealer ship but not resolved
                    feeling like i had purchased a vechicle of a poor brand just purched because its a indian brand on cash payment without any loan or something but regret to say that not good product or a defective product is being issued

                      I was working in win-win automobiles bhopal from 5th may, 2023 till August, 2023.
                      MD and CEO of the dealership has rejected my f&f and haven't provided my remaining salary. And CEO has promised me not to give my salary at any cost. I'm the only earning member in my family. I have done all resignation formalities completely.
                      I have served the dealership with all my loyalty and dedicatedly. I don't know for what reason they uphold my salary.

                        We bought a new Mahindra Auto from a Rishikesh branch and about 15-16 days ago the charger got internally damaged due to some wire issues in it we informed the store owner from where we bought it and they came to our house to check whether the connections and earthing management and they found everything perfect so they took the charger to repair it or exchange as it is in warranty right now, it's about 15 days gone but we haven't got the charger back. The driver I hired to drive the Auto is also stressed as his income has just paused. The company hasn't responded to anything clearly but is continuously delaying the charger. We planned to buy one more new Auto from Mahindra but after all such messed up services, I don't think that I should get another Auto now. We found very bad services from your side and now, I want you to arrange my charger as soon as possible and also respond as fast as you can. Thank you!!

                          I brought a scorpio n z6 silver colour car from your agency on 31/08/2023 when i went to take the delivery of the vehicle it was delivered with a dent on left front panal, when i complained the manager assured me of repairing the dent and got it repaired, i got my first 1000 km service after about a month on 28/09/23 then after driving my car for about 1500 km more while returning from ajmer my cars clutch sank on the bottom and gears were not working after assessing the situation i pulled back the clutch pedal with my toe and put my vehicle in proper gear or else i could have met an major accident which could have been fatal, i got my car repaired as it was necessary so after driving my brand new car for only 2528 kms i had to visit thrice at service center and had to pay rs18906/- for no fault of mine as i think you have delivered me a faulty vehical. i request you to kindly do the needful by either bearing the cost or replacing it thanks

                            My Vehicle Details
                            Mahindra XUV 500

                            I am writing to express my profound disappointment and frustration with the extremely unsatisfactory handling of a problem that arose from my car's servicing at Mahindra on June 2, 2022. The issue revolves around the AC switch, which was undeniably in perfect working condition when I entrusted my vehicle for servicing, but was returned to me in a malfunctioned state.

                            Immediately upon discovering the damage, I initiated contact with the assigned service advisor (Kumaravel) via WhatsApp but I received no response from him. This lack of acknowledgment and communication is not in line with any reasonable customer service standards.

                            Over the course of the following two years, I consistently raised this matter during subsequent servicing and other necessary body shop repairs. In the latest instance, I had a conversation with a manager by the name of Mr. Jayapandi at your Gerugambakkam branch. However, it is utterly disheartening that none of these efforts bore any fruitful results. The issue, which was a direct result of negligence on the part of Mahindra's servicing personnel, remains unaddressed.

                            I am shocked and deeply dissatisfied with the latest response I received when I reported this ongoing problem to Gerugambakkam AMPL. They mentioned the option to replace the entire AC button kit, but to my astonishment, they intend to charge me 5000 rupees for a repair that should rightfully be covered by Mahindra. Why should I, as a customer, be expected to bear the cost for repairing damage that was undeniably caused by Mahindra's own employees?

                            Given the extraordinary negligence and lack of accountability displayed thus far, I now insist on your direct intervention. I implore you to take personal responsibility for this matter and remain actively involved until it is satisfactorily resolved.

                            Furthermore, I kindly request that you provide me with the escalation matrix for Mahindra's Servicing Department so that I may pursue appropriate channels for addressing my grievances.

                            I trust that this issue will be addressed promptly, and I eagerly await your immediate attention to this matter. Failure to provide a reasonable resolution will leave me with no option but to explore alternative escalation courses of action to protect my rights as a Mahindra customer.

                            FYI, I have spent lakhs at your service centers and I have more than a few vehicles that are regularly being serviced by AMPL, if this is how you would make your regular customer repent, I wonder how your other customers feel.

                            The above email was written to the GM of AMPL Guindy Service center two days ago,[protected] to which I am yet to receive a response, came here to escalate further.

                            P.S There is no escalation matrix for AMPL service center despite being authorised by Mahindra.

                              My car clutch was changed on 02.06.2023 and I drove my car 5000 to 6000 km only as on today 10.10.2023 my clutch problem occurred and they are saying to change the clutch again.
                              Is this the quality of material provided by Mahindra to their customer.
                              Very disappointing about the service and quality of Mahindra
                              India moving towards MAKE IN INDIA product and Mahindra being a Indian Manufacturer doing this kind of things to their customer.

                                I Vikash Kumar Agarwal purchased Mahindra XUV 300 TGDI (23BH 9365E) in the month of June 2023. In With You Hamesha Name and Mobile no. is showing as Manoj Laxman Morankar and [protected] instead of Vikash Kumar Agarwal and [protected]. Not only this sold date of vehicle is showing as 11.01.2023 instead of 21.06.2023.
                                After having discussion with customer care and Mahindra staff member regarding the issue a number of times the same has not been updated.
                                Please clarify why it has not been updated and why it is showing in other person's name.

                                Today also in the invoice generated after my first free service from Bhavna Automobiles pvt ltd Name, contact number, and also Sold date was showing in other person's name

                                  and the dealer India Garage, Whitefield, Bangalore.

                                  After that the online Customer Promised Date for delivery was showing Jan-Feb 2024 for me.

                                  I followed up several times with the dealer for more than 13 months and I was told by Mr Ramesh from the dealership on 29th August 2023...
