Good evening sir/madam
My name is Deepak and i had booked one of your car on march 1, 2022. I had done by booking payment on said date for Mahindra XUV 300 W8 optional of 21, 000 Rs in Dee Em Mahindra, sec -18, Gurugram(HR). Your executive had given me waiting time of 4-6 weeks in written on booking slip. But as on today I have no clue about the whereabouts of my car and further they are telling me that I have to wait approximately 4-6 weeks more regarding the delivery of my car. Today I contacted your customer care and they have given me a contact no of Ms Nikita for the above said matter. But she is not taking my call. I have contacted GM, Sales Manager regarding this but they all are feeling helpless. They are saying that they can not provide me my car for further 1 month or so. They have offered me that they can return my booking amount. But sir/madam one thing I am asking here is that can they return my time that i have lost in waiting for the car(2 month ). If I have to rebook the said car with some other dealership, my booking time will start again freshly this time., let's say 4-6 weeks. I had a TATA car in past and the main reason behind mine shifting to Mahindra was the "service". But i feel sorry to say that the service I had enjoyed till today is bitter in taste.
So, i am writing this mail to you in a hope that you can provide some concrete solution in this matter. For a common middle class family it is like a dream come true when we purchase a car for the family but in my case dream has turned into nightmare.
