Sub: Problem of car
Sir,
Dear Team,
I purchased a brand new Mahindra Marazzo with manual transmission variant from you. Upon driving the car, I discovered that humming noise is coming from the transmission of the subjected vehicle.
I am very disappointed and shocked from what happened and I find the situation very irritating. New cars only (one year old) simply don't do that.
While I do understand that manufacturing errors do happen still I can't comprehend the fact that the car was not tested before hand over. This is not the type of product I would have expected from a manufacturer of your size and reputation.
In this situation i went to the service centre of my car at first kgp then tamluk then kona express way showroom but anywhere i can not find any soluatuin. again 22.09.2020 i sent my car kgp showroom for same problem so i demand get my car on 30.09.2020 but showroom told me 02.10.2020 repair my car positively. so i went to the showroom on today but showroom not prepared my car and told me again some days for repair the car. so i decide is not able to repair my car . then i went to replace the car.
Enclosed with this letter are copies of the registration card and other related documents for your reference. My expectations are high please don't disappoin me again.

Sir this is my kind request to you to solve this problem as soon as possible or I will take legal steps against your company and showroom and apply to the department of consumer affairs.
