Mahindra And Mahindra — Mahindra Nuvosport worst quality and worst service

I have purchased a Nuvo Sport on 28.06.2016, and I have got it serviced on 10.12.2016, it was first service, although service was very poor, but ok this is not the matter. I have driven this vehicle personally, single handed and till date speedometer reading is 2553 kms., now two days before my vehicle was got some clutch problem and towed to VC Motors, Rooma, Kanpur, at today noon engineer Mr. Ravish told me that there is a leakage in oil cylinders and it is manufacturing defect, it will be repaired under warranty, and in evening he called me and told that clutch plates burnt due to leakage and it is not covered in warranty you have to pay 16000.00 for that. Now what is that, I will not pay anything and go to consumer forum and media also to teach you, this is a matter of breach of trust, and I will fight against you.

I was running a four vehicle from last ten years, which you can determine by seeing my driving licence and I have one more vehicle at home, so you can't say that I don't know how to drive, and the problem arises due to misuse or by my mistake.

This is in continuation to me earlier mail on yesterday, I would like to state that, I have consulted some other engineers about this problem, and they told me that this problem is associated with the problem arises after the first service on 10.12.16 at VC Motor. The problem was break was not functioning well when I took vehicle after the service, on the way to home I feel the brake was not working at all at one moment and I was might got accident at that moment. I told this to your feedback taking person and gave only 1 mark to service as I am not satisfied with the service, because before service my brakes are perfectly working, and only after service problem occurred. The lady from VC Motor had called me on 13.12.16 to get this brake issues solved and offered me that they will collect my vehicle and solve the problem, but I told her that I am not driving this vehicle right now and some day later I will come my self to get this work done, and on the 24.12.16 when I was going to VC Motors for the resolution of the brake problem the new problem of clutch arises.

I consult the other service engineers, they told me that may be this problem is due to the fluid leakage arises at the time of service, and was not attended to rectify it, so this is a case of negligence at the time of service.

This was the mail which I email to mahindra customer care, and they do not even reply the mail.

Useless quality of products and worst after sales service.
