Mahindra And Mahindra — mahindra thar key problems by dealer

I have purchase mahindra thar from nexgensolution technologies (Pvt.) ltd. Ranchi 834004, but at the time of reccived vehicale, they have given two key for engine starting, but both are different i have asked mr. Vicky who has staff of nexgen he told please come show room we have change the key, i have go show room he has unable to desolve my problems, and change the key which is faulty.
Kindly solve my problems. And exchange the faulty key.
