My name is prasad (Ph. No.+91-[protected]) from visakhapatnam, purchased mahindra flyte from silicon motors, visakhapatnam in 2011. This company dealer in visakhapatnam now merged as ramkartik motors, dondaparthy, visakhapatnam. Spare parts are not available properly and i am surrounding to this office from 6 months for petrol pipe in mahindra two wheeler scooter i. E. Flyte.in that shop mr. Shankar (Ph. No.+91-[protected]) who is working in that office is giving reckless answers and even not responding properly to the customers.
I am unhappy to giving this type of complaints but there is no other option other than this. I expect that you may take action against this matter, so that your company goodwill may enhance for quick responses.
