This is Viral Sarvaiya from Gujarat Vadodara. I am associated with L & T from 2004.
I had purchased Mahindra SUV 700 AX5 (Petrol Manually) on dated: 01-Jul-2022.

From Feb-2023 initiated vehicle starting problem. Immediately I had informed to Dealer and raised complain for the same and given vehicle 10 Days problem identified & resolve. (From Dtd: 23rd Feb 23 to 3rd Mar 23).
Again the same problem observed in the month of April-2023 Vehicle was not started in the morning time and after couple of Hours (2 Hours) without doing anything Vehicle started. Then again I raised complain and Vehicle given to Dealer for problem identified & resolve from dtd: 19th Apr 23 to 22nd Apr 23.
Again the same problem observed in the month of Jun-2023 Vehicle was not started in the evening time and next day morning without doing anything Vehicle started. Then again I raised complain again and Vehicle given to Dealer for problem identified & resolve from dtd: 27th Jun 23 till date vehicle not received and I have not got any response / feedback related to issue. Dealer team informed me we are in touch with Mahindra team but proper response not received.
In last five month almost 22 Days (Till date) my New vehicle standing in dealer shop. But, Mahindra team is totally failed to identify problem & not resolve the same. I am really disappointed with Mahindra Brand. Many time I personally talk & meet with team and demanded replacement of Vehicle but, not a single person has given response or resolve the problem.
