Mahindra And Mahindra — Misguiding the customer and extremely unprofessional staff for vehicle service. | |||
I m Prateek Bhatnagar, owner of XUV500, vehicle no- MP04 CN 9325, Vehcile on the name - Mrs Kavita Bhatnagar (Mother) I had an accident with my vehicle few days back and decided to put my vehicle in Win Win showroom workshop, as i have taken my vehicle from there itself. I have given my vehicle to service centre, from there Miss Roshini was handling my case for insurance claim (United India Insurance), and i was totally misguided by her telling the wrong estimation about my vehicle repair, infact i was told that i had to pay something around Rs 3000 for claim charge n some extra tax for paint and consumables. But my estimate has gone so high which was really not expected by me. Since they have made my bill at around Rs 110000 from which i was asked to pay around 7500, but that was also negotiated and i have paid Rs 5000. Now my main concern is with few things especially with the Service Department- 1. Extremely unprofessional staff, when i was told to pick my vehicle at around 3 pm, even though the vehicle was not even washed, i had to wait for around 3 hrs to get my vehicle done . They already knew that i had to leave for indore for a medical emergency, my grandmother had an arm dislocated. 2. The trim was broken from inside gate, i have been told that it is on order and il be fitted very soon in a week or so, but i dropped my vehicle on 17 Jan 2017 and picked up on 30 Jan 2017, still it is not there with them, and they have already claim the price for that in the final bill. my main concern is why the hell it is still not available after 15 days.The old trim was merely fixed with the glue and it came out as soon i tried to close the door from inside while holding it. 3. I am having some problem with the system head as it gets hang while running, i was told exactly the same damn thing that it il be changed with in few days as they il receive but still not confirmed till date, i keep asking them every time for that, still the response is bloody same. 4. Mr Vimlesh who was handling my service thing has never shown his interest towards repairing my broken mudflap, which i have already told him to get it changed, and asking me shall i changed the time when i was arrived to pick my vehicle. He was fully responsible for the washing and alignment of my vehicle which was not done and since the vehicle was not ready on time i had to cancel my trip to indore which was my priority. 5. I feel the estimate given to me for repairing was wrong and manipulated, since they knew that my insurance policy was zero dep, 6. Delay in delivery, i was told for one week max, but it took them 2 weeks still the vehicle is not complete. 7.Totally misguiding the customer, as they feel that every other customer belongs to the rural or some village man. With these situations and the misbehaviour happened to me, do u still expect me to come to Win Win service centre for future vehicle service and purchases, then please give me really one good reason for that i would highly appreciate. I want an serious action to be taken for my message and plz revert me back with your valuable comments, I still want to give a chance to you (Win Win automobile) first to solve my problem, before i go further with higher authorities or may be straight to Mahindra, as this i m leaving as a last resort. I am totally unsatisfied right now and for that i feel ashamed on your unprofessional guys. I am expecting an answer as soon as possible or else i have to go further.
