I am writing to request your immediate support regarding my XUV 3XO, which is only 11 months old. The vehicle unexpectedly broke down while I was travelling from Chennai to Bangalore and came to a complete stop near Kolar with just 5, 243 km on the odometer. My family and I were stranded on the highway late at night, which was extremely distressing.
I appreciate the prompt assistance from the RSA team, who arranged towing to the Mahindra Service Center in Kolar and ensured safe transportation for us.
However, it is highly concerning and unacceptable that a vehicle less than a year old has suffered such a major breakdown. The vehicle is currently at the Mahindra Service Center in Bangalore (Kolar), and I request your urgent intervention to ensure that the issue is thoroughly diagnosed and resolved under warranty without any delay.
I also want to highlight that I have already sent several emails to Mahindra and the Khivraj dealership from where I purchased the vehicle, but I have not yet received a satisfactory response. Given the seriousness of the issue and the inconvenience caused to my family, I kindly request that this matter be prioritized.
