[Resolved] Mahindra And Mahindra — poor service delivery | |
Hi i bought my kuv k4 at roodepoort mahindra sept 2017. started to experience problems a week after. windscreen cracked 3 times in a row now after they have confirmed problem was fixed. they initially blamed my insurance company who replaced windscreen 1 st time and we asked them for letter to confirm this. up to today they refuse to go give us this letter. we turned to mahindra headoffice but they are playing around the bush as well telling us we should get another party to check vehicle and report to them! absolutely ridicilous! i will not pay for this as it seems like this was a faulty car sold to me and i say this due to the fact that they, roodepoort mahindra south africa does not want to provide a letter to confrm that it is not a mahindra default! i do mot know where to turn to! please assist!
