My Mahindra XUV GJ10DJ2003 was sent for general service at Jamnagar M/s. Atul motor on 19.11.25. However, after servicing it was observed that front sensor was not working and cleaning inside the car was done very poor. the complaint was registered on feedback page, and they contacted and assuring resolution as earliest. in second appointment to resolve my complaint about cleaning and changing of front sensors, my car was pick up by them on 28.11.25. at the end of the day, they have returned my car without cleaning and dust particles were clearly visible on all A/C vents and patches on the interior inside site. the sensor was not replaced as stock not available with them. my question is if sensors not available then why my care was pick-up for the replacing sensors. I was Happy with the Mahindra product, however after poor experience form the dealer, I am thinking of NEVER purchasing Mahindra product. Kindly investigate the matter and take appropriate actions to prevent such thing in future. Was this information helpful? |
