I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and frustration with the performance of my Mahindra XUV700 and the extremely poor service I have received from your Panipat showroom.
Since the day I purchased the vehicle, it has been giving me frequent problems. Every 2-3 months, some part or the other needs replacement. Instead of enjoying my vehicle, I find myself constantly dealing with repairs and visits to the service center. Most of the time, my car is not with me — it is in the showroom. I bought this car for my personal use, not for it to remain parked at the service center like a showpiece.
To make matters worse, the behavior of the manager and staff at the Panipat showroom has been extremely disappointing. They are uncooperative, unwilling to listen, and provide no clear resolution. Their attitude adds to the frustration of already dealing with a faulty vehicle.
Frankly, I did not expect such poor quality and customer service from a brand like Mahindra. It is disheartening to see this kind of treatment from a company that takes pride in “Made in India” products. What is the purpose of being “Made in India” if the quality and service are so poor?
I urge you to look into this matter seriously. I demand a thorough investigation into the issues with my vehicle.
