Mahindra And Mahindra — Tuv300 doesn't move on acceleration

I purchased a Tuv 300 on 24.12.15. I have hardly driven the vehicle since it ceases to perform while driving. The vehicle doesnt moves as it has a dead RPM and the vehicle doesnt move forward and reverse too.. Our complaint was attended and they too found the mistake.Since we are not able to use the vehicle as we had traffic issues, five times the car was responsible for blocking traffic and in one case we missed a collission.I have exchanged my old vehicle to the co. and i am helpless.The agency has assured me that they will change the software, but till know nothing has turned up. My vehicle eng. no is SMF6L23622 Chassis No : MA1NA2SMEF6L40586 So we have we have to go for some other vehicle immediately, so kindly take back your vehicle by reimbursing the payment made.
