Mahindra And Mahindra — Urgent: mishandling at [neon motors sanath nagar] leading to clutch burnout - no response to my complaints from mahindra team

I have sent my Car to [ Neon Motors Sanath Nagar Hyderabad] for an Engine Oil leakage issue. They fixed the issue after 10 days (Car was kept in Service Center) and they arranged car delivery to my place. After I received my car, I found that there is Clutch Plate issue (Huge vibration in 1st and 2nd gear and very less power in these gares).
Discussed with the Neon service team and they picked the car from my place again and after 3 days Neat team reported that it's a Clutch burnout issue and I have to pay for the complete replacement. But I had Zero issues related to the clutch before my car was sent to the Service center for the Engine Oil leakage issue. Even Test drive was done by their Technician before the car was sent originally.

Please note that, in another instance, a few months before, when the same [ Neon Motors Sanath Nagar Hyderabad] delivered the car back to me after service, I saw huge smoke started coming from the Engine with a burning smell. Car stopped moving. That time also it was picked back again by the service team but returned after 5days with NO specific reason and NO fix. So it's how they are dealing with customer's Car.

My Major concerns:
1. Service Quality, mis-handling of the Vehicle and Delivery arrangement done for the Vehicle by [ Neon Motors Sanath Nagar Hyderabad].
2. The Mahindra team is not helping address my issue and complaint raised. Complaint was raised 3 days back and I see no support from the Mahindra team. I have already looped in Hyderabad RCCM but still no help.
3. Called the Mahindra Customer Service team, they raised a complaint, arranged a 3-way call with neon Motors but there was no help. Neon Motor is not ready to accept if there is any issue from their end and asked me to pay full amount. Even till now I have not got any official Quotation.
4. To short out the issue quickly (As the car has been with them since 16-17 days), today I offered 10, 000 (50% of the Cost) for fixing (Neon team told me over phone it will cost 20, 000 to me), but they do not agree.
5. I am concerned about the XUV 700 car build quality as well, how does the car's whole clutch system burn out in just 22, 000 KM? It needs to be checked and addressed by Mahindra as well. I have owned 2 more cars previously but never faced such an issue.

After multiple escalations to Zonal Head, Hyderabad RCCM, I have not received any single support on this matter from the Mahindra team since the last 3 days. Kindly take this on priority.
