Dear sir/madam,
I have a car (Verito d4, serial no.[protected], purchased on feb 2012. When i purchased that time i think mahindra vehicle and company very good and quick action after create the issue by service provider, but now i am very disappointed and feeling very bad that why ii purchased the mahinda verito. If i am not happy with company or service provider then how i can suggest to another or recommend to any one to purchase mahindra vechile. I face the problem related to service from when i purchased.
1. When i visit at service center (Sardra motor, gorakhpur) for servicing, they never did service properly.
2.in service center never check gear oil, engine oil, coolant or other servicing related work.
3. I full day stay in service center and follow up for work but they never response properly.
I travel on 2nd july with family, on the highway my car gear stop the working, then i call to customer care for help but they not help to us,
I am waiting 3-4 hours at near basti for cab and may car pull but no response from mahindra. Then i go to outside of mechanic for help, he said gear box faulty. Till now i m suffering for gear box spare but no any one help to me. I visit sardar motor gorakhpur but till now i am waiting for spare. I am very disappointed.
I have question :
1. Mahindra know about service center response
2. How can i recommend for purchase mahindra vehicle.
3. How can i purchase mhindra car in future after this response.
I am suffering from last 1.5 month without car.
Please help me as soon as possibleand take action.
