Mahindra And Mahindra — Very very bad support from PP Automotive Panipat Mahindra showroom | |||
Hi Team, I want to complaint about the bad support and mismanagement of mahindra showroom in Panipat. I own a xuv5oo in which my parking sensor got faulty. It was to be replaced so I visited the showroom. The surveyor said they will order the part. After 4 days when I enquired I got to know that part is not even ordered. After rigorous followup sensor arrived after 3 weeks and today I was asked to come and get this installed. Now I am at showroom and they are saying that they dont have white paint in stock and will order paint and then after it will get installed. This is not the 1st time that I faced problems. Its been multiple times amd multiple instances. I even gave a -ve feedback on customer satisfaction call. But nothing changed. I have another issue where due to rusting my window got damaged. The same needs to be covered under warranty. For this showroom people said they have forwarded details to Mahindra for approval. But there is no update from past 3 weeks.
