[Resolved]  Mahindra And Mahindra — XUV 500 - Rust Issue in Rear Door - Customer dissatisfaction

Hello Sir,

I bought my XUV 500 vehicle on 03/07/2019. This has not yet completed fully 2 years and still it is under warranty. I have found two rear doors of my car have started rusting. It has come out due to the color is mid night black.
Before I purchase the XUV 500 I have the feedback the rust issue from few of my friends who are already using XUV 500 but I have purchased due to have confidence with Mahindra and Mahidnra.
This has brought to the notice of Mahindra authorized service center, Automotive Hyderabad, Jeedimetla center. As per service center they have shared it to Mahindra and they have told this stone beat. I have not agreed that because if it will be stone beat the parts will go inside not come outside as a rubbing and white spot with rub stage.
Later they have arranged a call with Mahindra and I have put the same explanation and answer was they do not know the cause.

Now i sincerely requesting Mahindra and Mahindra to take care and do the needful ASAP.
So please help your customers to continue your product and be part of your advertising as an experience customer.
Appreciate your prompt actions to get satisfaction that customer have not taken any wrong decision.
