We received XUV-700 in April 2022 but we are yet to receive our second key. We have contacted Mahindra multiple times regarding this. Yet this issue has not been resolved.
Our car was called twice to the showroom for issuance of the second key but both times second key was not given. After calling us they later said that the key was not received at the showroom by the service centre.
We have tried reaching customer care multiple times, sent out multiple tweets and yet this issue has not been resolved.

As i also got my vehicle in august 2022 but even after 1 year i didnt get any resolution.
