Mahindra Finance — Bad behavior by mr.kingshuk bisewas

Is it behavior of your manager his name is mr. Kingshuk biswas ( manager ) . My father in law fall to paid due amount loan a/c no 6479017. We already paid amount but till date not hand over car . He give threat to us. Is it behavior . I am advocate .
