Mahindra Finance — Complaint against DRA Loan Account No.:[protected]

Dear Team,

I had taken a car loan of ₹7, 80, 000 from Mahindra Finance.

During the loan process, I was seriously misguided by the Mahindra Finance DRA representative, Mr. Vijay Gosavi (Hadapsar Branch – [protected]).

For Loan Account No.:[protected], the bank account number mentioned in the loan application at the time of sanction does not belong to me.

This raises a serious concern — on what basis was the loan sanctioned if the account number in the application was incorrect and not mine?

This situation indicates improper and misleading practices by the Mahindra Finance team.

I request a thorough investigation of my loan application and the overall process followed.
Appropriate legal action should be taken against the responsible personnel based on the findings.

If I do not receive a timely and satisfactory response, I will be compelled to escalate the matter and file a complaint before the Consumer Court.
