Mahindra Finance — Financial fraud

I am a sr. Citizen with limited source of income.
Created a FD thru mahindra finance on 3/3/25 folio no- LV000404.
Now mahindra finance has deleted all the digital footprint of the FD, I dont have access to the FD on their website or the app, even after numerous complaints to Mahindra finance have fallen on deaf ears.
They emailed and called on 14/04/26 that the issue is resolved,
But i still don't have access to my own account, proofs and screen shots have been sent to Mahindra finance multiple times but not action is being taken.
