Mahindra Finance — mortgage release deed not received post 55 days

Hi sir,

This is to inform you that i was pre close my loan for the my home on 28th july, 17 but still not received mortgage release deed for the same. So it is already 55 days are passes from the date of closing. So i have multiples time visit your vadodara gujarat ro office but the mrhfl dept not give me any satisfactory answers and saying it's taking 2 months for same... Please clarifying that is there any notification that it will take 2 months time for closing. My loan account number is 255075.. Kindly take appropriate action and close the same on priority.
