Mahindra Finance — my car is seized without giving intimation

My car loan is due on 10.02.18 but in my a/c amount is proper till 06.02.18 .but Mahindra and my bank says that this emo is bounced and I charged penalty for it

My loan account No.7290831, maruti swift car 2021model is seized by agents without giving any intimation. I had 2 emi pending during sezing, this month emi date 10 but i request them to pay on 15th but at 13th august 2022 suddenly without any notice they seized my car by running on my duty and that time I requested them i wl pay one EMI immediately and balance I request to pay within 48 hrs but seizing people they dint bother about my words because they wl get commision if they seize a car and they are not given any letter for seizing, this is very bad
Pls kindly i want seizied letter from your mahindra finance immediately other wise I file a case against company regarding these, who wl be responsibility if any parts of car is stolen or something happens. Let them give a letter for me for seizeing immediately. Seized time 7 pm eveing next 48 hours government holiday becoz of sunday next day republic day we are not able to contact them for next 48 hours this is unfair... Last month payment also i done via phonepay...

My car was seized suddenly i don't know what i will fo next. Kindly give me a time to pay my Emi but the authorised person said pay full settlement how its possible i don't hace work in past 3 just 3 days before only Fc and insurence done that why I am not able to pay my emi kindly consider me and tell my next process.
