Mahindra Finance — not yet received a duplicate after got the noc also | |
Hello Sir/Madam, I am Akhil Kumar, i bought a Ertiga car in the year 2014 using your Mahindra Mahindra finance (Nagercoil Brach) help, the duration of the finance was 5 yrs. After the completion of the finance, we got the noc form, but we did not get the second key from your finance. When asked in the showroom they advised us to check with the place who issued the noc form, but from Finance they said they did not have the car key. I have been shuttled from one place to another for the car key. Its almost a month now we did not get any response from the mahindra finance regarding my car key. The response from the mahindra finance staffs Mr. Senthil & Mrs Subha is very assault and very rude, they are saying that "we don't have a key what ever you want to do do it". I attached a proof from the showroom issued the key to finance and received proof. I am frustrated and also scared if someone will steal my car using the second key. Finally I got your email address and mailing you. Please kindly look into this issue and do the needful. Hoping a positive response from your end. I always pay my EMI via net banking, this time money deducted from bank but finance provide me msg of not successful transaction, what a useless system is this, not expected from mahindra . what is meaning of such msg, where I have to tally this amount when I will get it back
