Mahindra Finance — regarding car loan installment

I had purchase swift dezire in 21november 2016 through mahindra finance. From november 16 to febuary18 i continously paid my installment through my bank account to mahindra finance, but from march instalment amount is not debeited from my bank account, in that case i have to paid my instalment with fine, my area mahindra finance office said that it is bank fault and bank says that it is financer fault.
