I would like to know the RC transfer issue update from your side. It's been two years since I got this vehicle from MFC, Gurgaon and this is not yet done. It's been a year since I had made this formal complaint from my end to the MFC help desk but there is no progress that I get to hear from your end till now. If there is any hope of resolution from your end let me know.

    Hi,

    I booked a jeep compass with Adharshiya Motors noida on 17 Dec 2022 for a price of 14 Lakhs for which I paid a token amount of 1.5 Lakhs on the same day. The dealer promised to be fixed and make the car ready within a week and fix the identified issues and vibration issue. However, during the loan processing the dealer was insistent on getting the loan disbursed before getting the car ready and got the car delivery delayed because of the work to be done to get the car ready. Due to dealer behavior and delay in the car delivery and delay in fixing the issues in the car I changed my mind and found that the dealer is trying to give me a car that is not in a ready state. The sales guys were trying their tricks to get the full payment and get the loan disbursed before fixing the issues in the car. I Don't want to take a car that is having serious vibration issues and not reliable and on top of that the dealer wanted to play his tricks to get the full amount without getting the car ready and fixing the issues. The dealer was suppose the deliver the car in a ready state by 23rd Dec 2022 which they couldn't. I had to visit my hometown on 24th so I told the dealer that I'm visiting my hometown and will be back on 2nd Jan 2023. During this time, I changed my mind because of the dealer behavior and problem in the car and requested the dealer to cancel the car booking on Dec 31st, 2022. The dealer is now straight away refusing to refund the entire token amount of 1.5 Lakhs on the pretext of car repair and time taken to close the deal. The dealer himself is responsible for the dela cancellation and delay as well as no customer would buy a car that is problematic and where dealer is trying to simply get the money extracted from the customer.

    This is really a bad experience for me with Mahindra First choice.

    Please refund the full amount as soon as possible.

      I buy xuv7oo in 2022 13 december
      I wanted to sale it out after buying that product reason is only about waiting period of Scorpio n and when I buy xuv 7oo, I got a call from one of the showroom sir in a month your car will be delivered I thought it is better to sale it out now but when I try to sale it out a new brand car I was shocked about the valuation, even car was not registered ...I buy base model mx, I am seriously very disappointed..even I buy a car from the same company..even then i am in big loss...I must say
      To Mr. Mahindra sir please help me out ...please...this was my first experience with mahindra, ..please atleast do the needful, even I want from the company, please forward my ... application to Mr.Mahindra definitely ...he help me out I belong to middle class family, I buy this car after I used all my saving ...so please kindly forward my mail to Mr.Mahindra...I no this is out of the box according to the system ..but please help me out.

          I sold my car to Mahindra FC on 27th July, 2022. Car is still registered under my name as they haven't been able to sell it to anyone as of today. Meanwhile, there have been 2 challans raised by Maharashtra Traffic Police that remain unpaid as of today. Since these challans are 2+ months old, I've received a pre-litigation notice with instructions to clear the challans.

          For each of the challan, I personally informed MFCWL the day it got raised & requested them to timely clear dues. I also emailed MFCWL the notice I received and requested them to pay. Yet both the echallans are still unpaid and my requests to MFCWL seem to be falling on deaf ears.

          12th November, 2022 is the last date as per pre-litigation notice to clear dues, and I'm unsure as to how can I get this issue addressed.

            Dear Sir/Madam,

            This is a request to obtain the whereabouts of my car Chevrolet Beat which I sold to Mahindra First Choice on 07th February.
            It has been over 9 months but RC transfer has not happened yet, and we still are the registered owner of the vehicle. I have tried to raise atleast 3-4 request over call and several emails in the past 9 months but have not received any information over mail or call.
            I hereby request you to intervene in the matter and help provide me details on the same, and by when can I expect the RC transfer to be done.

              Hi Team,

              This is regarding a complaint for poor and pathetic services which we have received from Mahindra Ajmer Showroom. I already made a booking for XUV 300 W8 petrol black in September, almost a month ago from now and the dealers promised that they will provide me the vehicle for sure by 19th of October. Everyday I have been taking follow ups from them and they making false commitments every single day that yes we will give you the car on time. A week ago they told me that car is in transit. Today they are telling me that we have no update regarding the same including senior management and their GM who is Neeraj Chaturvedi. He is the one with whom I was taking follow ups every day since last few days he stopped receiving my calls and told me he is not on system and is busy will call later and hungs up on me. So I called the one who came up for test drive and he is also unable to do anything. Also they both are very rude while talking and hung up the call. I asked them for my refund and they told me it will take 7 days for that. They are not giving me my refund on immediate basis after saying that I need my money. This is not the behaviour we were expecting from staff who are working with Mahindra. It's not a small brand. We already planned our leaves for 19th and 20th so we could get our car and now they say that they have no update. I am very angry and frustrated with their behaviour. Both of them give different statements when we speak to them. Why would they say car is in transit when they have no update? Why did they commit to me and took amount from me for booking when they couldn't get this arranged? I have paid 11000/- for my booking. And now they are telling me to buy white colour or go for diesel option. Why would I do that when I have my plans and budget all setup? Is this really acceptable? I want this to be escalated to higher level. I will be posting this everywhere on social media including Twitter. You have lead to false commitments and customer misleading. The once that were dealing with me are Executive: Nitesh Kanojiya and GM Neeraj Sharma. I want action to be taken on them on immediate basis for their behaviour and false commitments. Awaiting response.

                Dear Concern,
                It brings me a lot of pain to highlight a horrible customer service experience that I have had with Mahindra First Choice Radha Hari Motors, Muzaffarpur Bihar.
                I had booked a Scorpio S10 with a final price of Rs. 9, 25, 000 on 2nd June 2022 while dealing with “Mr. Rajesh” on behalf of Radha Hari Mahindra First Choice, Muzaffarpur, Bihar. I had asked him for a further discount. However, upon verbal deliberation, we had reached a mutual conclusion that he will let go of the 'RC charges' (by including them in the sale price of the car, serving as a further discount).

                They are selling used cars with false promises and defaming the Mahindra Brand.

                1.Odometer Tampering
                when i had visited the first choice showroom Kilometer meter was approx 620000 KM showing. After I purchased the vehicle I checked the service history and it was 89000 KM .

                After 15 days i got so many faults in steering, suspension and air condition so i visited mahindra service center Chanda Mama Motors Hajipur Vaishali Bihar there supervisor gave me repairing cost estimation of around 1.25 Lakhs. I was cheated by Mahindra First Choice Radha Hari Motors, Muzaffarpur, Bihar. I have all the payment receipts which I paid to the service agency.

                I trust the brand mahindra so without any enquiry I purchased the vehicle . But Now I feel they are cheaters .

                It’s been almost 4 months and I haven’t received my RC for my vehicle BR06PD1769

                I would like you to look into the matter and get my RC delivered as I do not want to deal with the same staff again. I feel unsafe going to the showroom because of the behaviour of the staff. As a customer, I have lost complete faith in the mission of Mahindra First Choice. I believe that word of mouth being one of the most sought after recommendations is not something that your organisation is striving for. I would like to have my RC back ASAP and I will not be paying any extra charges for the same. I have already gone through enough stress dealing with my family circumstances; the police and driving a vehicle without registration is something that I am not willing to compromise on any further.

                Please take necessary action against MFC Radha Hari Motors, why they are selling vehicle with tampering kilometers.

                I am writing this complaint with so many hope that I get any positive response to your end as per good business ethics.

                      I bought a car (Ignis) last month on 15th july from Mahindra first choice, dwarka 23b, delhi .
                      I have got my RC on 29th, so i’ve ask for my car insurance, first they said we have to sned someone for car inspection once comprehensive ins. Transferred to your name then we’ll issue the new insurance on your name and from that day onwards I haven’t received my car insurance, i’ve visited mahindra first choice multiple times, called up for follow up but haven’t received any resolution till now . I lost my trust on mahindra

                        I bought a car from Renault kwid from rudransh automobile sreeraj complex durja branch. Price 270000(two lakhs seventy thousand) . they told me that car was good well condition.and told me that car was first owner but when I tested I found it second owner .also the kilometres was reducing and tempering.
                        And fraud and cheated me.
                        When I bought this car and went back to my home its engine became heat and gave me warning & it breakdown .so I make them a phone call and told them all this problem and they told me to come tomorrow so I tow the car and make stand in agency.
                        So i request you to told them to return my money or otherwise exchange my car.

                          On 25th June 2018, Mahindra First Choice Wheels Ltd. acknowledges the receipt of Rs. 210000/- as security from Vishav Janeni S Enterprises and Issue Letter of Intent valid for 6 months for setup of Showroom and complete all formalities. After 15 days Executive from MFCWL Mr. Daljeet visit our office and discuss about further operations and setup of showroom and branding and took 6 post dated cheques of Rs. 41300/- each (Royalty Cheques) and 1 cheque of Rs. 33785/- against K-Konnect Devices.
                          MFCWL give us 6 months to start operations and assure us that Royalty cheques will presented after Signing Letter of Agreement between both parties. But on 27th Sept 2018 they cleared cheque of Rs. 33785/- and after that on 5th oct 2018 they cleared cheque of Rs. 41300/- (Royalty) without any Agreement and starting of operations.
                          After that I immediately called Mr. Daljeet and ask him why they cleared royalty amount cheque of Rs. 41300/- as we are not operational till date and we have 3 months pending as of Letter of Intent.
                          After few days they call me and tell me this is company mistake we will adjust this amount. We dont get any clearfications regarding our issue.
                          In December 2018 Mr. Vipul Jain (Zonal Head North-II MFCWL ) visit our office and assure us to settle this amount if we pay Rs. 236000/- royalty one time payment for period of 1 year. But Franchisee Agreement is still pending.
                          On 31st Jan 2019 we paid Rs. 236000/- as one time royalty amount and on 22nd feb 2019 another amount for insurance portal fee of amount 11800/- deposited to company account.
                          Further they cheated us Franchisee Agreement didn't signed between both parties till date.
                          Total Amount of Rs. 532885/- credited to company account
                          Rs. 210000/- security
                          Rs. 33785/- for devices (Devices Received)
                          Rs. 41300/- monthly royalty
                          Rs. 236000/- one time royalty for 1 year
                          Rs. 11800/- insurance portal

                            I would like to bring this to notice that my car which i bought from noida car point on 19/11/2021 under warranty "CPP[protected]" with reg no. "DL10CH4867" faced a break down near agra after which i decided to drop the car at mahindra first choice service centre with wadhwa motors in agra at
                            "kasra No 15 80 ft road taj nagari phase 2 behind parsanath panchwati" on 12 th may 2022 and almost a month and my car is standing there without repair.

                            recently last week that my warranty claim was rejected and someone called Praful from warranty department tried to blame it on me for rejecting the claim. It looked intentional from mahindra first choice to cheat there way into rejecting the claim.
                            Its outrageous and unprofessional to serve with a sentence from the rep sying ; "Sir its your negligence." My car stopped and i have to bear all the pain in hot scorching heat wave in mid of highway and the rep has a bearance to blame me intead solving and serving the warranty .

                            Since my car is waiting there for a month and has caused me hell lot of incovinience and mahindra first choice has done nothing but cheated the consumer and not serving the warranty. They lure customer into buying the used cars by offering warranty after there is a problem they try to play games into sucking money out of customer after i have spend almost 520000 INR for buying this garbage.

                            I will request to help on this and grateful for intevention, also help me compensate for the harassement from the warranty department .

                              I have been trying to get my RC transferred in my name since last year February (2021 Feb). The dealer involved is Car Mart (Antiq Square Pvt Ltd), faridabad. This dealer has been difficult to contact past delivery and has been citing some issues like COVID and NOC delay. But now it's been more than a year and the dealer is running out of reasons to delay and so he is avoiding my call. I am not sure if MFC can intervene and help me. Let me know how I can place a formal complaint against this dealer with documented proof for the same.

                                I recently purchased a preowned XUV500 W11 AUTOMATIC from a MFCWL Dealer at Kolkata who gave me excellent service. I also purchased a 2 yr Warranty & RSA upto 16.05.2024 vide WFP[protected]. I also drove down to Mangalore from Kolkata & got an excellent FE of 17.3 kmpl. I am very satisfied with the car &I am returning to Mahindra after a decade.
                                After reaching Mangalore I Wanted to service the vehicle & approached MFCWL for a franchise. Initially they were reluctant but then gave me an address 31 kms. away from Mangalore city. When I asked them for a franchisee in Mangalore city, the MFCWL informed me that they have stopped the servicing of cars at Mangalore & i can go to any outlet of my choice, get the car serviced, and submit the bills for claims to MFCWL. In case MFCWL found the claim admissable, they would reimburse the amount.
                                One of the conditions set by MFCWL for the warranty to be effective is that the car should be serviced with an oil change within 6 months or 7500 kms. How do I meet this stipulation of MFCWL ?
                                In view of the above I request that MFCWL may kindly help me by the following choices.
                                1) Inform me of the MFCWL where I can service my vehicle.
                                2) Permit me to convert the above warranty to a Mahindra Warranty by paying the difference.
                                3) Refund me the money paid if none of the above is possible.

                                  As we purchased Renault Scala(GJ27K9761) from firstchoice dealer Car King Vadodara on 13.FEB 2022

                                  On the day one we ask the dealer for sound from engine to the owner of Car King, he told me that this vehicle will come this much of high sound, as a trusted brand mahindra we accepted and purchased,
                                  but on 30th april, my car broke down with failure of alternator in faridabad(NCR), immediately i have done service with mahindra first choice Car care sector 28 faridabad,
                                  as the time of service the owner of Car care informed that the car has been done Engine work, they are not done properly, engine settings are loose and volves are not fitted properly, that's why this car is getting high on sound,

                                  and after the service within 10days now im getting full black smoke from engine,

                                  i'm wondering why Mahindra's first choice is making people like us with fake certification ???and selling damaged cars to the customer. i need clarification on this,

                                    I had purchased a second hand swift car from Mahindra fist choice (Sonakshi automobile bagaha) in November 2021 but still not received My RC even i have paid transferred ammount that time. When i called the executive he didn't pickup my calls can you please me on this

                                      I am getting calls constantly from Mahindra First Choice for selling my car. I had registered at their website and got the call for the first time and asked them to schedule an inspection but they didn't do it. Since then everyday they are calling me twice to ask if i want to sell my car and scheduling inspection. I have informed them clearly that I dont want them to call me and put my number in DND but they are still calling me everyday. It is like mental harassments now. I am very irritated by this and want these calls to stop.
