It brings me a lot of pain to highlight a horrible customer service experience that I have had with Mahindra First Choice. I had booked a VW POLO GT with a final price of Rs. 4, 21, 000 while dealing with “Mr. Kamal” on behalf of Auto Elite Mahindra First Choice, Lajpat Nagar. I had asked him for a further discount. However, upon verbal deliberation, we had reached a mutual conclusion that he will let go of the 'RC charges' (by including them in the sale price of the car, serving as a further discount).

Post this, the process of the loan was duly started with Kotak Mahindra Bank and by the time the deal was to be finalised COVID-19 second wave had arrived. My family went through the worst as I lost my brother. Dealing with these circumstances, I had to delay the delivery of the car by an additional 15-20 days.

In the meanwhile, the loan was finalised and the delivery of the car was then finalised for 24 June 2021. It was after mere 2 days of delivery, when Mr. Kamal again contacted me w.r.t the payment of RC charges. In utter audacity, he asked me to make the payment for the same. I reminded him about the deal, which he outright denied and asked me for the payment.

I didn't receive any call from the office which made me believe that the matter was resolved. However, after a couple of weeks when my RC hadn’t arrived at my residence I had no option but to walk into the showroom to have a conversation in person.

Upon reaching the showroom
They again asked me for the payment
The tone of voice with which the owner spoke was by no-means at par with the customer-service experience claimed; ghastly to say the least
Called me a liar
Mr. Kamal said he was busy and full of excuses as to why I wasn’t called
Initially said they don’t have my RC in the showroom
Later refuted their own statement and said that they will “hoard” and not release my RC until the payment is received (I have already made the payment as per the deal).

It’s been almost 9 months and I haven’t received my RC for my vehicle HR 26 BZ 7136

I would like you to look into the matter and get my RC delivered as I do not want to deal with the same staff again. I feel unsafe going to the showroom because of the behaviour of the staff. As a customer, I have lost complete faith in the mission of Mahindra First Choice. I believe that word of mouth being one of the most sought after recommendations is not something that your organisation is striving for. I would like to have my RC back ASAP and I will not be paying any extra charges for the same. I have already gone through enough stress dealing with my family circumstances; the police and driving a vehicle without registration is something that I am not willing to compromise on any further.

    I have purchased Vw polo gt 1.2 vehicle on 19th feb 22 from jeenmata, hadpsar branch, in report 2 key mentioned however i jave received one. After 10 times followup i received response like only 1 key was given by owner. I dont have trust on this resolution. Need quick resolution for this as i have already loss 3 week. Very bad experience with mahindra first choice. And very very poor customer service i have seen ever after sales.

      I visited mahindra first choice showroom in noida and I liked the car polo volkswagen (2013 model) and met Mr pulkit(Salesman) and gave him the token amount of Rs. 10, 000(picture attached) and I am not willing to buy that car anymore due to some personal issues and I am willing to get my token money back.I don't wish to stretch this matter more now.Kindly solve my problem as soon as possible.

        This message is regarding the deal of Endeavour (VN - DL1NA0910).

        First of all, You informed us to hold the payment after we made the payment.
        We did the payment at 19:17
        And you’ve informed us at 19:18. (I have transaction details as well as chat history)

        And Second thing is, you’ve mentioned that you’re holding the deal due to documents issue, Whereas there is no issue with the documents. Simply you’re getting higher price that’s why you’ve hold our deal.
        You could have hold it before sending the approval and accepting payment.But you cannot hold it after approving it and after accepting the payment.

        I also got the call from the buyer who is buying the same car from you at higher price and apparently he is a friend of mine.

        If you want, We can Re-Negotiate the deal and Make some Price Appreciation.
        It's my humble request to kindly cooperate with us and maintain the ethics of deal.

        So please do the needful as soon as possible.

          Sir, I booked XUV700 AX7 AT Diesel AWD on 29th oct 2021 with booking ref no. X7D95E6601DE. I am a commandant and serving with Assam rifles and presently posted in CRPF at Guwahati on deputation. After booking, I got confirmation regarding delivery of the above mentioned vehicle on 10th Dec 2021. Delivery date was mentioned March 2023 and futhher in may 2022. This is beyond my imagination because as I am serving for the nation and no priority has been given to me and even the same veh is not included in CSD also. I, as a serving soldier of a nation, believe in Hindustan make vehicles but am very disappointed to hear the date of delivery of vehicle i.e waiting period is approx. one and a half years and further 6 months and no priority has been given to serving armed forces officers and men.
          In view of above I request you to please include XUV 700 AX7 AT AWD in CSD and give an early date of delivery to the officers and personnel serving in Armed forces. In this regard pl also refer my previous mails on 12th, 14th and 17th Dec 2021 to mahindra.[protected]@mahindra.comBut no reply received so far.

              Still i have waiting Transfered Wonership Registration Card bur they have not able for this.
              Dealership woner Mr. Munna ji asking that please renew your Insurance Policy but my side question is why we renew policy infafour of third party.
              Lastely i am asking that how it is possible that Local Registration No. Not transferred. If possible that means Dealership is not sincere with customers.

                  Regarding service provisions of two wheeler
                  He asked me about my four wheeler first and then said that mahindra first choice has service two wheeler if any one who owned four wheeler
                  He convinced me that normally service charge is Rs.999 plus GST it's goes something round about Rs.1200
                  I fixed it with same
                  But hereafter he charged me near about Rs.5000 with laber charges of Rs.2500
                  Also there are no satisfactory service I received its like that I someone cheated to me

                    Dear Team

                    I have handed over my Swift Car to Mr Sunny Verma ( S K Automobiles, Sitamarhi )and Mr Shekhar Priyadarshi (Mahindra finance) on 7th October 2021..
                    They have finalised my car value as 3900000/- ...Against 390000/- they have transferred only 350000/- on[protected] and I am still waiting for rest payment I.e- 40000/- and RC transfer..
                    As per them, Car is sold out to another person by Mahindra First Choice on 15th October 2021 and sale letter of car and RC transfer formalities is still not done which is not in my favor and I can face legal issue in case of any illegal activity/done by the new owner...
                    Kindly register my complaint and take necessary action, I am waiting for your proper response...

                        I purchase car for mahindra first choice dealer bharat motors geeta colony delhi. Attach please find the details of the car
                        The dealer gives me assurance that i ll do the registration process done as soon as possible but not done till one year from the date of purchase of car. He gave me assurance that dont worry sir i will do. By the big name of francise i was relaxed n drive car and spend around 70000 rupees on paint work and one automatic gear wire replacements. But after one year they said kindly returned car as it is not going to transfer on my name. He gave me back only 160000 and cut around 78500. Why there is huge cut of money. Instead of their fault i am on loss about 150000. And when i went to returning car i booked one more car and gave around 20000 booking amount but after seeing their Actions i changed my mind for not buting car. They also didnt return my booking amount. I approached the mcf customer care but they are giving pathetic replies. Kindly initiate action against mcf company for my money reverting my money which is around 170000.

                            I am facing lot of issue regards to vehicle servicing inspite of having the insurance covered.

                            Car is there in the servicing centre from last 4months now( Auto Planet, Thane).
                            I won't recommend Mahindra First Choice Wheels - Car Planet Wheels to any of my family and friends because of the tie up you have with the service centre.

                            Here are my details of my car which I took from Mahindra First Choice Wheels.

                            Date of Purchase: 15th July 2019

                            Car model:- Nissan Terrano

                            Problem I am facing.

                            I had STOP ENGIINE light blinking on my car dashboard and used to breakdown.

                            First time I dropped the car at Autoplanet, Thane in the month of February 2021. I was told that the Diesel Bosch pump was faulty and needs replacement, since it was covered in the warranty,

                            I got the pump replaced and got the vehicle after almost 3 months on 5th June 2021.

                            After running for few days, again the same issue Stop engine and breakdown. I took the vehicle again to Autoplanet on 2nd July 2021.
                            Techinican told after the scanning, the replaced pump was faulty again.

                            Had to leave the car again for replacement.
                            Finally Pump got replaced and got the car back saying all is good, since Kundan from Autoplanet took the drive for 100kms no issue found. Got the vehicle back on 15th July 2021.

                            Thinking all was good, took the vehicle for outstation next day 16th July. After running for almost 40-45Kms, again STOP engine started blinking.
                            This was the worst thing which was happening.

                            Again called Kundan from Autoplanet, they ran the scan, same pump issue. Just to confirm Autoplanet service egineer took the vehicle to near by Nissan centre.
                            They have confirmed that pump was faulty.

                            Now Car is in Autoplanet again from 16th July.

                            This time, I dont want the old other pump to be replaced, need the brand new pump fitted.

                            If this is not happening, I am going to lodge a complaint about service and fraud you people are doing with the customers.

                            I have still not got my vehicle back, now they are claiming some issue with AC,

                            My car is sitting in the garage for almost a year now and Im just paying installment for the car loan.

                              I had a few concerns related to the Purchase and Delivery of the car which I have already raised with MFC on Monday, 25th October and they have properly recorded my concerns however till date (after being promised) no senior official has contacted me to provide a redressal of my issues, neither I have been provided with the complaint id. You can get a copy of my complaint from them and I am looking forward to getting a solution on the same. Let me sum up the key ones for you as under-

                              1. Inspection Report available on your Website - I have attached a copy of the same, you will too have access to it. See my comments in the attachment based on what I have noticed so far, what I haven checked I can't comment there. The car has been rated and then priced on the basis of this report, which also means the price I have paid largely depends on this report. Few things that the report claims are missing in what I got delivered and these are-- Fog Lamps, Vanity mirror broken, 3 visible dents on the body of the car (bonut and on the sides), deep scratch on the front wide car glass.

                              2. The Car is not at all cleaned from inside. I will have to get it dry-cleaned from the authorized dealer near me. This is in spite of me being promised that I will get the car delivered only after it is Inspected by MFC (AGAIN just before delivery) and Cleaned. e.g. I put my hand in the dashboard and mobile keeper and other space I get grains of dust in my hand.. this is the quality of service?

                              3. The driver who came to deliver the car forced me to pay him some money as tip je said unless he is given 1000 he won't get out of the car.. I paid him 500 to avoid unnecessary arguments.

                              4. The representatives at the dealer premises were quite casual with us ( me and my mother) we spent our entire day there because of their nonsense attitude.( pls refer to my documented complaint at MFC by mibile no. [protected])

                              Other detailed complaints are documented with the MFC complaint center.

                              I hope you understand that these are concerns from a genuine buyer who has opted to buy a 2nd hand vehicle from an authorised certified esteemed brand like MFC with a expectation that there will be minimal hassle arising out of 2nd hand vehicle purchase-process that the certified car dealer promises and which is why the price they ask. On the contrary I am not satisfied with the entire process and experience from MFC after having paid for it.

                              PS. Just so that you too are aware, what I am expecting in two-weeks time (from the date of delivery as promised by the Dealer Carzvilla) is-
                              1. Original RC (Transferred to my name)
                              2. RTO Papers
                              3. Vanity (codriver) mirror to be replaced that was damaged at the time of delivery
                              4. A copy of the Car-service records
                              5. 2-Year Warranty papers as claimed by them

                              Pls note once dealer provides me with above listed 5 things my complaint still remains unsettled unless I have a resolution to the BIG problem from your side as its MFC responsibility. pls look into.

                                I saw a car on Mahindra First choice official webpage, then i contacted the dealer on call.We discuss all things over the call and schedule date to see and buy the car .
                                Before leaving to the store location(which is around 100 km )from my home, i again called the dealer, he told us to come and take the car.
                                After a hactic journey of around 3 hours, we reached there see the car fix the amuont and confirmed the deal.
                                As we demanded papers from them he told NO PAPERS AVAILABLE further he told us that will deliver car in 3 days and at last he start picking my calls .

                                  I sold my 2019 model Polo car to Mahindra First Choice, Chavara, Kollam- ​4 month ago (May 2021).

                                  During the deal, the Sales Executive had agreed that the registration would be transferred to new Owner maximum in 2 weeks.

                                  However, it's more than 4 months now, and the car still remains in my name.

                                    Good day team,

                                    I Arjun somani, ([protected]), got my car serviced at Mahindra first choice, s.r. motors, on roorkee road, dorli-modipuram, meerut. 250001. I was told high rates, which initially shocked me but the elite name of First choice.
                                    Two things which took me to an extent to make a complaint are:
                                    1. The employed people were actually under 18 kids, Attached photo. Which is prohibited by law in any hazardous zone.
                                    Due to lack of experience and irresponsible nature they delayed the entire process of repair which reduced the quality of service. They literally did not repair the caliper pin and just mounted it back, it was me who had to ask why is nothing being done on this since rs. 450 have been charged from me.

                                    2. They have charged me 1450 for a running that was partially done.
