[Resolved] Mahindra First Choice [MFCWL] — Poor service and customer treatment | |||
I booked my car service in one of your service station on 05.09.2020. I was told that the vehicle will be returned on next day i.e. 06.09.2020 due to involvement of some paint work. However, I was provided the vehicle only on 07.09.2020. Further, the paint job done was very bad. It was very unprofessional as it left some visible white spots at lots of places. On pointing the same to service centre, they told that I am not allowed to take the vehicle without making the payment for this work. I was ready to make the payment for other work but not for this work. I have to involve police for resolution of this matter. Very poor work culture and customer treatment. The service station, I used was Alt X Autoworks, Sector 27c, Faridabad, Haryana. After this experience, I wonder if this is the quality and customer experience, Mahindra First Choice provides.
