I purchased my car from mahindra first choice almost 6 months ago and i am yet to receive the rc after the ownership change. I have followed up several times and i have just been held stating they will get back to me. None of them has ever called even once and i am tired of following up. None of the employees in mahindra first choice is taking any ownership to hand over the rc. They have shown me online that rc has been transferred however are nothing post that.

Updated by kabirk10 I have showed them my dissatisfaction to the agency and informed that I have submitted my complaint, yet they are not supportive. They promised me that they will deliver my RC the next day however they still haven’t. It’s been a week since then.
