Mahindra & Mahindra — Delay in delivery, providing fake promise date for getting the booking

Dear Team,

I’ve booked a Red colour XUV500 from Anant cars showroom in Bangalore on 20th Jan 2021, they’ve promised me the delivery before feb 15th and disbursed 70% amount before that date.

Now it’s 20th feb and they’re asking me to wait for 15 more days to get a confirmation about the production (not even delivery)

I started feeling bad about the service provided by them as they gave fake delivery date just to get the booking and money, the lack of clarity makes me worried. Kindly help.
