Mahindra Two Wheelers — Battery problem & service from Skanda motors is very very bad & no responsibility towards the customers

I have purchased Gusto in June 2016 after 9 months the vehicle is having issues with self start, kicker & pick up too. I have been giving my vehicle for service to the Skanda Motors the authorised sales & service center in bangalore in 4th free service was done in April and the compalin regarding the battery was not working properly. service was done and said that the battery was charged and should run properly. on 8 june the battery was problem and was taken to the Service center for the complain. The Service head Mr.James (mobile- [protected]) Said the battery will be sent to company for testing and will wait for the report.
The report was received on 12-5-17 stating the battery was not in working condition and will have to be replace. Since the vehicle is under warranty sakanda motors said they will have get the new battery and replace it, till 21-5-17 we were patiently waiting for the battery, On 22-5-17 when we asked for the new battery they started giving reason of not in stock and it has to come and all that typical of not given of the new battery drama. so we registered a complain on the toll free no. and the message went to SKANDA motors of the complain registered. The next day morning we received a call from Skanda motors Mr.James regarding why the complain was done. as the matter was handled. From the call center they gave contact no. of MR Lokesh where he was not responding properly, Lokesh gave another no of Mr. Yogesh (mobile no-[protected]) even he was not responding properly. meanwhile the vehicle got broke down on 24-5-17 evening in kamakshipalaya area, we ask skanda motors to repair it as we are not able to start the vehicle due to no flow of petrol to the engine. since then they are insisting to install old refurbish battery to us. We said that we require new battery with warranty of the battery only. on pressuring on 25-5-17 they said they will come and repair the vehicle and send the battery along with the person who comes for repair till 7pm no one turned up and James & Yogesh weer not taking our calls, so on 26-5-17 morning went to the showroom and ask then to get it repaired, Yogesh said they will send the person at 2 pm today along with the battery till 5pm they had not turned up, so again i went to the showroom and again asked them weather you can do it or not to Yogesh, yogesh replied that the breakdown person had left at 1 hr back for the repair of the vehicle. At 6pm the person came to repair and they have come with the refurbish battery ( with out any warranty ) and we have refused to install it. James no company given new warranty battery if the battery is not in working condition.
So we want the Company to send us the Reply and replace with the new battery & Take Action on the Skanda Motors.
