Hello sir/mam,
I brought mahindra gusto 2 years ago, i faces lots of problem in servicing of this scooty first, the owner of service center is not friendly.
Now i am telling you the problems facing by me.
1. At the time of 5th service i brought my scooty to the service center at that time they charge about 530 rupees from me in which they charge for engine oil, some grecing and a spark plug ok that is fine but they charge too much.
2. At that time they said sir you have problem in engine so please bring your scooty after 15 days we will repair it at the cost of 2500. But upto that i have the warranty of 1 month left.
3 when i asked to my relative that he is charging that much but my scooty warranty is left of 1 month he told me that the service center owner is making fool of me don, t give that much of money to him. The company will give the cost which will come in service the engine.
4. When i reached him again so he said yes sir company will give the cost so your max. Price of service will go upto 500 rupees.
5 but when i went again to him he said sir your bill becomes 800 rupees it ld him that you told me that it will go max. Upto 500 so how you are charge me 800. He told sir i have changed the engine oil and sparkplug and the packing.
6 i doen, t taken the scooty back and complaint against it on mahindra mail id then a person name manoj help me but the service owner agreed with me and him so then my uncle went to him and he make the bill of 415 rupees.
7 now the main problem happens exaclty after the one month my scooty stops working due to some engine problem i went to him around 2 days ago and he said the cost for repairing the scoot is 1500 so i told him that sir you have serviced it one month ago so how this problem occurs so he said i don't know sir i will charge you 1500 rupees and he also said that if you will irritage me don't come to service center again as i complaint against him at mahindra online.
8 i only wanted that please told him to repair my scooty at free cost as he had serviced it one month ago so how same problem can happen with in one month as he knows that my warranty is going to stop after one month.
Please take some strict some action against it otherwise i will go to consumer court i file a case against this.
